I'm not a gamer, but my explanation for why is simple: I find video games to be too addictive and time consuming so I just avoid them altogether.

This is a fantastic After Datk

InAWorldUnderwater

Alice in Wonderland made so much money because it was the first IMAX 3D film to come out after Avatar which started the 3D craze.

Brian Deaton

A all-timer that should have done better: Friedkin’s Sorcerer.

Uh mah guh, Devindra, your Genghis Khan scholarship interview faux pas is pure gold. Just fantastic, and way to be an empath for Dame Helen Mirren! You're absolutely correct that we all say very very dumb, ridiculous things all the time, thank god they aren't written down and published (or said to a panel of college admission deans).

Jeff saying GPS smells like teen spirit was completely senseless, like a Scentless Apprentice. It puts you On A Plain, assists you to detect if there’s Something In The Way, like Territorial Pissing…whatever it is, Stay Away. With GPS, you’ll be able to Come As You Are, whether you’re the Big Cheese or a Negative Creep. GPS will take you to School or the Swap Meet, go see About A Girl or Turnaround and visit Floyd the Barber. Jeff you Son of a Gun, I’m sure if you met me you’d say your take was kind of Dumb and you’d tell me “You Know You’re Right!”.

Hook. I had my daughter, 8, watch it with me today. Shes seen the Disney Peter Pan cartoon, she liked it. But she LOVED Hook! She loved the Lost boys and all their personalities, loved seeing Tink, and loved seeing the mermaids. After I asked if she liked it, she said, "I hope they make a part 3! I give it a , 9 out of 1o, no 9.8! out of 10!

I don’t always agree with Devindra, but I love that he continues to champion Cloud Atlas, perhaps the most criminally underrated and underseen movie of the past two decades.

I wonder if Jeff and Devindra figured out that Dave only read the video game question because he wanted yet another chance to just shit on Avatar. Dave is obsessed with the fact that seemingly everyone loves the Avatar franchise except him, and continues to want to try to argue that it's everyone else who is wrong about it, not him. Does anyone know why he has such a bug up his ass about these particular movies? Is it just being super frustrated that something he so disliked was so popular? It's fine to not like extremely popular things, I'm sure we all have examples of things like this. I just don't know why Dave can't seem to let this one go.
