So, Leslie and I order some bitchin' Kiryu and Majima figures last year that were finally ready for delivery today. For whatever reason, the courier they sent it with, DHL, couldn't actually deliver it to our house OR post office, though. What they could do, however, was hold it in a DHL partner facility an hour away from our house. We also couldn't get a refund, so... We took a trip. We've been wanting to get out of the house for a bit anyways, so we drove an hour out to go get our boys. And luckily, not only was there a cool ramen shop and a used bookstore nearby, but then we also found this sweet little place that had really good bubble tea AND sold takoyaki. It ended up turning into a really nice date for me and Leslie! Good times!

Never ordering anything that uses those DHL scumbags ever again though, fuck them.
