Damn... three weeks straight now with no house showings. Kind of a bummer. I know there's a lot of reasons for it; bad weather, conflicting schedules, people gotta work, everything going on with tariffs, and Easter weekend. But still... over 70 days on the market now. Getting a bit antsy. We don't want to lower the price too much on this house because we a) still have to pay off the mortgage with what we get and b) we still need some money to move and rebuy all the furniture we couldn't bring with us on our cross-country roadtrip out of the south. Here's hoping we get some more attention over on this spring break!

That's all for today, though! Thanks so much for the support, and see you on Friday!

Best of luck on further showings! Seth this was only ever going to go one way. This is on you for not picking up the signals, buddy boy.

I get his point. He thinks that if they go too far with the sex thing then it will ruin their chance at more mainstream appeal. And while this place may be a secret club, there's always a chance that word will spread among influential people (through certain celebrity journalists perhaps?) and they may risk being blacklisted from the industry even more than they already are.

Liz is… smiling? Interesting.

I see both sides of the argument. Suria and Steg never tried to hide their sexual fantasies and this was their plan from the beginning. Seth is also not only trying to get them to the mainstream and back in the public eye again, he's also trying to give a big fuck you to Maleficent Records and his former mentor. But neither really told the other of their true intentions and King could possibly hold this show over their heads if it goes wrong. I think Seth needs to remind himself of why he decided to promote The Rock Cocks and trust them to do what they do best, cause he didn't promote them to play it safe.

I'd agree with Seth. I understand the rebel attitude. Once you do it once or a few times, you will want more. Or more of a challenge. Your audience will want more. If the whole point was to follow her dream, do it once and move on. Or most likely, you'll only be at private parties with your band. It's fun to see what the results will be.

Uniquitous

Seth is fixing to lose some clients if he keeps on.

I think being a *fucking* rockstar is definitely their dream

Master Tigress

With Ahn in the beginning talking about her reporter senses, I don't think it is a good idea tbh. They don't know these people. Even without phones, news could still spread and get them into further trouble with other venues. Also still weirded out by them being rushed to do this show with just a day to prepare for this.
