Hi everyone, it's typically the case that I write up a DF news briefing every Monday, telling you what we're up to! However, it's a public holiday in the UK, so the meeting happens tomorrow instead. Something else that is happening tomorrow is that we'll be going live with Marc 'Try4ce' Duddleson's Final Fantasy 14 video - an update on PlayStation 5 and a deep dive review into the Xbox Series versions of the game.

This video was already released on early access to premium tiers last week, but today, I'm opening it up to all Supporters. I'm especially proud to share this one, because Marc's production values, peerless knowledge of the game and the most robust testing really shine through on this one. I really hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

And here's the video description blurb: Final Fantasy 14 arrives on Xbox Series X/S consoles, mere months before the arrival of a major graphics overhaul. Guest present Marc 'Try4ce' Duddleson - an expert on the game - brings us up to date on the game after his prior 2021 video, checks out the Xbox Series X and Series S versions in depth and analyses every single graphics mode variation... and there are certainly plenty of them! How does the new Xbox version stack up? Are our issues with the PS5 version resolved? It's all here in a mammoth 40 minute review.
