Are there really that many people who are interested in these Playstation ports? Seems like half the videos DF makes these days are Playstation-related.

Vanguard

I'm asking honestly. When I think about PC gaming, I don't necessarily think about these big Playstation ports, but maybe other people are really into them.

Nice we got Ragnarok optimized settings instantly but can’t get Star Wars outlaws optimized settings after a whole month

There have been a lot of PS5 Pro videos lately, but for good reason, and they are some of DF's most watched content in the last year. Focusing on port videos only, the Forbidden West PC port video has 370k views which is very high for the last year; Ratchet and Clank has 363k; and God of War has over 100k (an okay lifetime total) despite being released yesterday. The interest is there.

Would be interested in Steam Deck settings for this as it plays pretty well on there.

I wonder whether DF has ever done a hardware survey - either for its Patrons or its Viewers. We have an idea of the machinery used by the average Steam gamer, but not the average DF Patron. That could really help target some of the settings and coverage provided.

I suspect the Steam Deck would feature fairly highly.

Anyone else getting some odd playback issues with the HEVC file? My NAS is having trouble playing it properly and it's not particularly excessively high bitrate or anything.
