At this point it's like we need to define "Half-Life 3" given that HL2 Episodes 1-2 and HL: Alyx exist and Valve seems hellbent on perpetuating the unfunniest joke in the history of the medium (i.e., never designating something "3").

Yes I agree entirely with John and Rich. You can’t delay the launch of hardware due in a month or two because of fluctuating market prices for its components when there is no clear timeline for resolution. Delaying the product will have a significant book cost that valve will not want to eat. It’s going to be a small launch at a high price. It simply has to be. They can always lower the price over time if the market allows. But they aren’t going to eat all production, R&D and contract costs just to sit on it for a year or more by which point potentially it doesn’t make sense to release it as it stands anyways.

Can you guys stop making the supporter versions of your episodes private? I add them to my YT watch later when Patreon notifies me, then they disappear when you release the public version of the episode. It takes forever to realize it was your upload that is suddenly gone from my playlist, and it causes me to miss entire episodes.
