The Full Microsoft E3 2019 Media Briefing (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I spent some time earlier this week cutting up the Microsoft E3 press briefing for some high quality trailer downloads. But then I thought to myself - just how big a download would the entire thing be, and could I make an efficient download that retained the quality of the source asset? I decided to run a series of encodes overnight.

As it happened, using our normal 4K60 encoding profile, all 97 minutes of the briefing weighed in at a not-too-bad 7.5GB (HEVC, of course) so that was the profile I went for. So if you fancy a reference copy of the entire event, knock yourself out. As always, you can grab any and all Patreon exclusive goodies here: https://www.digitalfoundry.net/browse/patreon-exclusive

There's still a fair amount of capture to go through and share. John will be home on Monday with a wealth of additional material, so the bonuses are likely to extend well into next week. Thanks!
