Because the story was too longi to post on certain sites, I decided the best way to share it with as many people as possible was to make a Free post here.

While I was assembling the scene I had the idea suddenly to revisit an older world setting of mine where dinosaurs and humans coexisted, raptors in particular were fully sapient and some even lived among humans as equals - though many continued to live in the wilderness, forming their own tribes and civilization. Few other dinosaurs were sapient.

The majority were feral/wild however, and even some raptors did not hold the gift of sapience. Some of these would find their way into parks or zoos. To the sapient raptors, this was merely the equivalent of humans doing the same with monkeys.

This unfortunate(?) character ran afoul of a criminal organization and was to be 'taken care of' decisively and silently. Being more creative than just taking a knife, gun, or raptor's claws to them in some back alley, they snuck their victim into the enclosure of an old-world tyrannosaurus's enclosure at the local dinosaur park in the dead of night.

For amusement purposes as well as to confirm the successful resolution of their plan, a drone was sent in to record things as they played out. While the character did their best to hide, within half an hour the T-Rex eventually stumbled upon them, and that's when the fun stuff began.

This T-rex wasn't as feral as the park owners were led to believe. In fact, he was fully capable of speech and simply hid this fact from (most of) the workers and all of the visitors, living here was something of a dream to them as they got plenty of admiration from onlookers, a safe and comfortable place to live, and lots of free food delivered to them personally. It was quite enjoyable!

They weren't above eating people though if they thought they could get away with it, and most of the time they could. This was one such situation, and while they were happy enough to eat this human that was unlucky enough to be trapped in there with them, they were courteous enough to offer their prey a deal of sorts: If they remained still and were submissive, then the rex would be gentle with them. They'd be eaten regardless but in one case they'd be roughed up and battered at minimum, and in the other case they'd have a smooth trip down.

With no way out of the situation and entirely at the dinosaur's mercy, the character chose to remain placid for the T-Rex and true to their word the theropod took care to be gentle as he fed, scooping them up into their maw tenderly and easing them fully inside without harm. He did however take his time eating them, desiring to enjoy their meal while they could as humans were a fairly uncommon treat - the staff that cared for him being for the most part off-limits.

The criminals watching the events play out were pleased to see the T-rex taking its time eating, delaying the inevitable as it rolled its prey about in its mouth and pushing them against their upper palate, thoroughly soaking the human in its saliva as it did so.

Having had his fun, the dinosaur was finally ready to finish eating. Tossing their head back they swallowed down the human in one swift gulp, licking their jaws contentedly as they slid down their gullet. The camera drone tracked their progress down the esophagus and into the tyrannosaur's stomach, capturing the process on video to be enjoyed again in the future. The T-Rex took notice of the drone but was uninterested in the odd flying 'creature' , happy enough with its current meal. His food now secure in his belly he burped casually, one of his prey's shoes coming up with it.

The T-Rex may have promised to be gentle with their human prey but its gut held no such sympathy, the muscular forestomach relentlessly churning and massaging its live contents vigorously and indiscriminately. Forced to curl up inside the dark, slimy, and not to mention unpleasant smelling chamber, the walls of their fleshy prison bore down on them as it expanded and contracted.

The hot and moist belly held only a little stale air and a good amount of it was expelled from the chamber when the T-Rex burped, and combined with the relentless onslaught of the gut squeezing and compressing them the human soon slipped into unconsciousness. Outside the digestive chamber, the drone continued to monitor the tyrannosaur's abdomen for another moment before ending the recording and flying off to return to its owners.

When dawn arrived the human would have had been long since transported into the stomach's secondary chamber for further digestion, and partially melted down into a semi-goop state. By noon they'd been fully liquefied and slowly being worked through the theropod's intestines.

Only the single shoe that was burped up the previous night would reveal their former owner's fate to the park staff that following day, and the Days Since Last Incident sign regrettably had to be reset to 0. Who the shoe had belonged to and how they found their way into the enclosure would remain a mystery for many months, but the truth would eventually be revealed and those responsible for the unfortunate event were in time brought to justice.

The T-Rex that had eaten the individual that was snuck into his enclosure wouldn't entirely get away with it either, being denied dessert for a week and not being allowed any visitors for twice as long. It would not dissuade them from eating people again in the future of course, knowing he had gotten off easy this time around. However, it would be a fair length of time before they would again enjoy a meal of this sort.
