Hey all 👋 I hope you had a fantastic weekend. Thanks for all of the fun comments on last weeks reactions!

I've decided to take this week off instead of next week for a pretty big reason (and this explains why the past two weeks were a little bit whacky compared to my normal lately).

I'm excited to introduce you to Soka!

I doubt I need to explain her name. 😉 Soka became a member of the family last night and you will start seeing her in the videos soon. (If she is even in the office when I'm recording... so far she has no interest in this room, but it's only been half a day to be fair.)

I'm taking this week off (ish) to focus on getting her settled in to the home and routines and to work on her training. She's about one year old, so yesterday is both her Gotcha Day and her 1st Birthday. 🎂 She is a pitbull/terrier mix and full of energy. She was found at the end of May running around an Alberta city neighborhood without any identification on her and she didn't end up getting claimed. She spent a couple of months with a wonderful foster and now she's here! She came from the same rescue that Ella came from too. ❤️

Despite being off this week, it's not a complete AFK for me as Soka needs to understand that I spend a lot of time in this room. So there will still be watchalongs shared for you to watch and this is a good week for me to do admin stuff that I've been heavily neglecting. 😂 As always, I have a HUGE library of reaction content for you all so I always encourage checking out some stuff you may have missed when I'm having a quieter week of output.

I sometimes post things later in the day in my timezone, so this schedule may be one day later for many of you.

There won't be any Red Dead Redemption streams on Twitch/YouTube again this week (sorry!) but I will be back next week. 😊

INSIDERS MEMBERS: We start fresh next week! I have decided to go ahead with watching and reacting to the series Dark. I'm really excited about this! I'll be releasing two episodes per week.

📢 And with our Marvel timeline... I've been told by a member that Daredevil Season 2 and Luke Cage Season 1 can be watched in an intertwined way so I want to ask what the vibes are on this? My plan was always to watch DD first and then LC, but I'm open to basically watching both at the same time if there is enough interest from everyone who will be watching along with me. I'll still be releasing two episodes per week like I have been for the Marvel shows. Please let me know in the comments!

I know I say it every week but you all are truly the BESTTTT and I'm so grateful to be able to do this and make videos that people watch and enjoy and especially connecting with you all. I've had a number of you express how much you love the incorporation of the What We Watched videos and I'm so glad! Thanks for being here.

Awwww puppers!!!! She's beautiful !😍 It's such a shame that pits get a bad reputation when they are such sweet dogs. She has gorgeous eyes! Terrier's a good mix, they're loyal! Awww As far as the question of DD and LC, I certainly don't mind both going BUT I will say that it's much richer if you do one season at a time, particularly with these two. I hate that I can't go into detail cause I don't want to spoil anything! But yeah that's my take, definitely better taking in each season separately. Good luck with Soka! 🐶🐶🐶

Looking forward to seeing Soka guest starring in some future videos. Last month I adopted two puppies. Ahsoka and Sabine were the inspiration for me naming them Pawsoka and Sabone!

Soka is beautiful! Glad she’s found a home. On the Marvel watch alongside, I think it might just have to be your personal preference. Netflix released them each all at once, binge-style as they tend to do, and each series stands on its own. Do you think you’ll keep track of the plots and characters without confusing yourself? If so by all means, watch them simultaneously, if not, one at a time. I, for one, am on board for both series either way.

That's incredible! I'm so happy for you. She looks sweet and I love her little white toes! 😊 I don't have a strong preference, but since you're asking for opinions; I'd rather not intertwine DD and LC. I don't remember, but I'd guess that they're narratively as complicated as DD season 1, so it's probably easier to do one at a time, and not mix them up.

First of all. Congrats with the new dog. :) As far as I can remember, there's a reason the shows were released in the order they were, and personally I think it would be for the best to watch them seperately.

Yay Soka! So cute. I have a 14 year old Dalmatian named Delilah. Got her when I was in Japan. They grow up so fast. DD season 2 is my favorite season, that’s exciting. Congrats on the pup. 🐶

doggo!!! Good name. My mom has a long haired chihuahua and she let me name him, so his name is ChewBarka or Chewie for short of course.

I wish getting to snuggle the pupper was a patreon perk, lol. I love doggos so much, but my life is incompatible with them. I'm Autistic (with a whole host of sensory icks...a lot of which would make living with a dog pure hell), have lots of sleep issues (so can't really have anything that is likely to wake me up when I have finally gotten to sleep), a night shift worker (so need to sleep during the day when doggos like to be up and active), have various other health conditions that make being outside...especially during the heat of the day here in Satan's taint (Florida...where stepping outside from like May through October feels like walking into a sauna while fully clothed)...not a wise choice...and I feel it would be cruel to force a doggo to try to be more like a cat...so no dogs for me even though I waaaaaaaant one (and it would actually be super helpful to me to have one as a service animal...-siiiigh-) So, congrats on the pupper. I'm jealous, but also SUPER happy for you.

Wow, Miracle Mile. I remember seeing it once on late-night cable with absolutely zero expectations. I ended up being blown away (probably in part because late night is when you tended to see movies like "Ghoulies 2.") Not only have I never seen anyone react to it before, but most have never even heard of it.
