Looks like peak is back on the menu boys! I was waiting for you to continue Agents of Shield, and it makes me happy that you are watching seasons 3 and 4 back to back. In my opinion, season 3 is when the show goes from good to great, and season 4 is when it goes from great to masterpiece! Enjoy!

The slingshot series is actually very short. Can't go into detail on what it is about but the episodes are like 5 mins long. You will understand when you get to there. It is like the I am Groot series

Welcome back to shield. Everything feels different with this time jump but I wanted to give you some details you may have missed. The red axe that cut off Coulson's hand is in his office on the wall. Since the BUS was destroyed last season Coulson had Fitz design them a new plane. It is Called The Zephyr. The Terrigen crystals that fell in the ocean were lethal to humans because Jiaying (Daisy's mom) had them laced with the diviner metal. Naturally they are harmless to humans so when they fell in the ocean and dissolved into the water they became harmless again because the metal remained at the bottom of the ocean. The events of the movie Antman and Age of Ultron are mentioned and since Fitz is a quantum physicist he looked into the possibility of Simmons being Shrunk like Janet was but there was no evidence of that at all. But it is cool to know that he knows about Hank's work since Hank was in Shield. The Prez from Ironman 3 makes an appearance and this shows that the fear of powered people has reached the higher forms of government now. The Advanced Threat Containment Unit is now here basically replacing shield or so they think.

Which honestly the threat of powered people should have been a concern way before now considering the events of IM3 heavily involved the President and Vice President. Aldrich Killian nearly toppled the government.

Some of my favorite little things in this episode. Mack ... I need a bigger gun, maybe a shotgun or axe... A Shotgun Axe ! you could seem him visualizing it as he thought lol Fitz doing everything he did, then getting the shotgun blasting the doors down and pouring his soul yelling at the monolith was heart breaking, well acted. And Daisy's look at fit top notch !

Woo - S3! (still catching up!) Pretty epic pre-titles introduction for this episode - slow reveal that we have a new Inhuman from the fish oil pills, explosions, the first sight of the ATCU, Skye is now Daisy and has full control of her powers, and SHIELD has a bunch of new tech. Just typing that feels like an episodes' worth of stuff on its own! Think most things have been covered by others, so won't add much else, but I do like Daisy's little smirk when Mack admits that she's the muscle!

This first episode is so good and hooks you in immediately to the characters stories this season. I think my highlight is between the reveal of Daisy at the beginning and the final scene with Fitz and Coulson along with him screaming at the monolith. Very emotional and Iain did an amazing job. I do like Coulson saying Skye as it's a nudge to the audience like you said but also it totally makes sense for his character. Bobbi and Hunters scene was also great I love their story this season along with their team ups with other characters.
