Well... that was heavy. Emotional. Devastating. And INCREDIBLE. Definitely the best arc of Andor so far. I'm sad that we only have one more week to go, but I'm also super excited for how they're going to connect us into the beginning of Rogue One. [Direct link here.]

I can't wait to hear your thoughts! Thanks so much for watching.

For those of us who hoped Syril would flip.... We got soooo close.... But then he spotted Cassian and reverted back to his default programming 🤪 Syril and Cassian did actually meet in S1E3. When sh*t was hitting the fan on Ferrix and Syril was taking cover in a building, Cassian and Luthen snuck up on him from behind, holding him at gunpoint and got him to reveal how many Prox Morlana agents were there were. Don't remember if Syril actually got to see him then. But to Cassian he was just another forgettable enemy in a long line of forgettable enemies. Other than that I don't really have much to comment. Or perhaps I have rather too much to comment but I need to let it sink in... I'll just say it was an amazing arc...

Holy fucking shit, this show! This arc! From the lows of the Ghorman massacre--and the most fucked up love story in Star Wars, I think--to the highs of saving Mon Mothma, I think this is my favorite arc, as well. Episode 8 and 9 are both up there with the likes of 'The Eye' and 'One Way Out' from season 1. Can't wait for next week, so that a) I can watch next week's episodes all at once, and b) I can go back and rewatch the whole show from the beginning, followed by Rogue One. Because I'm a giant Star Wars nerd! Good shit.

Also, Syril coming to the soul-crushing realization--as he's about to kill Cassian--that he doesn't even register on Cassian's radar, is one of my favorite things. And then he's taken out by a secondary character...HA!

Oh you're right, they did. But still! That was, what, 5 years ago now? Or 4? Of course Cassian wouldn't have any memory. 😅 Syril was delusional about all that, but yeah it was a real gut punch for him.

I plan on watching Rogue One next week as well, the same day that I watch the final arc. I can't wait!

Fantastic work Kaiielle! This group of episodes was really heavy. I am still processing. Great video as always!

Ivan Chicharro

Same! I rewatched Rogue One when season 1 finished and it hit so much harder! I'm sure the movie will destroy me after season 2.

Mark Walston

Had to re-watch this one again. The events on Ghorman were devastating.
