We have a Reactr request today, courtesy of RegalEagle (Brad). I didn't even catch the genre of this one going in or the director or anything so it ended up being a pleasant surprise in many ways.

Please enjoy and I look forward to your comments! [Direct link here.]

Long game.. as Anna was born.. the line ‘this is the real me; as I am before God’ She can be a spy and still love him.. She is not necessarily German.. likely she Vishy French.. Before Anna was born.. it’s hard for her to reveal the truth and risk her life with her German handlers.. After Anna is born.. it’s even harder for her to tell the truth.. two lives are now at risk.. Again.. thanx for the reaction!

Spoilies below My former friend asked me if I saw the ending coming. I said I knew what would happen before I even saw it. Marion Cotillard always plays a tortured soul or a baddie, in some cases both!

Just finished the watch along. I saw this way back in the day when it premiered and came away feeling just like you did in your recap. The trailer sold it as this exciting spy/thriller/action movie but that’s not really what we got. Came away underwhelmed.
