What I love about the title for this episode is that I can't be sure which meaning of barbarity they mean... 👀

Severance! This Ricken line "Because really…if the thief reads the book, it will have been worth it. In fact, I bet you he turns himself in afterward" always makes me laugh. How and why Devon has married him may just be the greatest mystery of this show.

I don't think that Ms. Casey was in on Harmony's plan because Ms. Casey was trying to get to the pads and back in a time efficient way because she felt nervous about leaving Helly. She seemed to just stumble across Burt in the conference room, found it unusual and then kept going. I don't think she had time to be taken aside by Harmony (who seemed to be watching from her office and not in the halls). But, it is interesting that she did let Irv know about Burt being there. It is something I asked, "Why did she feel the need to inform Irving that Burt was in the conference room?" Granted, we don't know what the "something new" she's trying with Ms. Casey is.
