Coming This Week (Patreon)

Hello everyone! Happy May! I am loving the longer days and being outside so much. I have finally turned the furnace off in the house. Soka's sunbathing time has increased exponentially. No complaints over here right now!

Monday: Field of Dreams (1989)

Tuesday: Continuing Season 2 of Iron Fist with Episode 7: Morning of the Mindstorm and Episode 8: Citadel on the Edge of Vengeance.

Wednesday: I received a Reactr request from Patreon member Death Lego for Philomena (2013) and this movie was absolutely lovely. I adore Dame Judi Dench.

Thursday: It's time for a new series! Most of the shows that I have reacted to have a lot of heavy topics and/or a lot of violence. Don't get me wrong, I love these! But I'm ready to enjoy a palette cleanser for a little while with a show that is more on the heartwarming and uplifting side of things. And I've heard that Ted Lasso is that! As the series begins with shorter episodes, I'll be posting two episodes per week. Kicking it off is Episode 1: Pilot (this will be available for free to watchalong with me) and Episode 2: Biscuits. The Ted Lasso collection will be made available for a one-time purchase near the end of Season 1.

Friday: The Marrying Man (1991) was requested by Patreon member Brad on Reactr. Kim Basinger is stunning and that is all.

📢 Click here to submit your entry for the June draw, which will close on Thurs, June 4 and the draw will happen on Fri, June 5. This is open to members in the Movie Watchers and TV Insiders tiers.

Wishing you all the most wonderful week ahead. Thank you so much for your support here and sharing your love of movies and shows with me. 🤩
