Commentary Schedule Moving to 2 Per Month (Patreon)

We're going to be hitting the 20 commentary mark soon, and I think that's a good enough backlog to slow down like mentioned before (plus I've narrowed down the available choices a bit). The next 4 commentary videos will continue to be posted weekly, then I'll transition to 2 per month (1 every 2 weeks). The $10 tier description has also been updated to reflect this.

We should be able to keep going at the 2 per month rate for a good while~
