COMMENTARY: VG Myths - Can You Beat the Yoshi's Island Pacifist Challenge?

Secret Description Bonus! The art on the right side of the thumbnail is most commonly associated with the Super Famicom boxart, but I actually sourced this particular instance from a Yoshi's Island soundtrack cover that uses the same art. You actually get to see more of the art in that version (there's no SFC label covering the left side of the background), including more of Yoshi himself! I recreated Yoshi being split in half like he is on the SFC box, though, which let me fit the entire video title on the left side without suspiciously cutting off any of the other colored Yoshis or Baby Mario. Also, another random fun fact I found out: there's some different art in the soundtrack that used the art of the multicolored Yoshis without keeping the other art elements. Problem: that means they didn't use Green Yoshi since he wasn't part of the group, the canon Yoshi! So they recolored most of the Yoshis (putting Green in the front-center) and added an extra Yoshi on the right side so every Yoshi color is still present. Maybe this was even the way the art was originally drawn and it actually got redesigned for the box/soundtrack covers. Either way, neat dumb trivia!
