Another Triumph Marceline. 😍 I am not familiar with the Avater Franchise. But your art never fails to move me, and stir my deep love for you and women in general. My curiosity is always Piqued about Kyoshi and Rangi when i see your art about them. 🥰🥰 You always convey so much in your art. Beauty, obviously. But also Drama, Angst, Sensuality and so many emotions. To create so much from nothing, is a talent i will always admire in you ❤️❤️

You captured both desperation and stubbornness well here. Kyoshi was so desperate in trying to get her to listen she had to pull her Avatar card. I get that it was only way to diffuse the situation and appeal to Rangi’s sense of duty, but I can feel how uncomfortable it was for her to do it. A last resort. Almost to the point it felt a little wrong, even though she had the right to do it. 😬

Yessss!! ​I drew this the instant I read the scene, but I held off on it as I couldn't settle on how Kyoshi's face should look for a while. I loved the part where Kyoshi pulls out her Avatar card for Rangi😩 That moment of tension and shock—realizing she's the real Avatar—was also fantastic. I'm working on the next scenes now, and seriously... every part of this book is so good🥺🔥🔥

t was heartbreaking when she later confessed to Rangi how scared she was. All that kid felt was fear😭

​They must have looked so haggard traveling through that storm in such a frantic state. What I loved was the contrast between Rangi, who was so prepared with her survival kit and supplies, and Kyoshi, who didn't pack anything for food or even basic survival😭

Crying😂😂 I love how Kyoshi seems to have 'bottom energy' only when she's with Rangi. Rangi truly is one of the baddest bitches we can imagine.

Rangi just has that much power 😂 Kyoshi was still pretty baby here, but still Rangi keeps that top spot with sheer Rangi badassery 💕 I bet even at peak power Kyoshi, the dynamic didn’t change between them

You know I'd love to see a piece of your art drawing with them confessing their love and sharing their first kiss. A moment from the book "the rise of Kyoshi" chapter "The Town" I mean. I don't know if you read it but I always wanted to know what it might be like.

This is incredible. There's a wonderful scene in the rise of kyoshi where kyoshi airbends for the first time with Rangi: Kyoshi squeezed her tight. She imagined Rangi's energy twining together in place with her own, forming a stronger thread from two strands. There was a tickle against her brow. She and Rangi looked up to see a swirling dance of leaves, spinning around in a circle, the two of them caught in its eye. Kelsang used to make her laugh in the garden like this, by swirling the air, letting her touch the currents and feel the wind run between her fingers. Kyoshi let the breeze play against her skin before giving it a gentle push with her hand. The wind spun faster at her request. She could feel Kelsang smiling warmly at her, a final gift of love. 'They'll always be with us," she said to Rangi. "Always." If you feel like it i think this would be a beautiful scene to bring to life. I dont think its been done yet.

I have finished the whole Kyoshi books like 4th times now lol and yes, I'm already in the process of drawing that scene. I think I'm working on about four different Kyoshi-related comics at the same time💀. It will probably take some time, but I'm sure you will see the entire scene in full color🫡. I posted the kiss scene itself a few days ago, so you can find it in the 'Avatar' collection.
