When travelers vanish from the swamps of Central Latakar, the trail leads to the Purple Rose Inn, a place of laughter, wine, and restless shadows. There, the adventurers must navigate a web of charm and deceit before discovering the horrors beneath the inn’s cellar. As they descend, they uncover Mircalla d’Elorain’s ritual, a blasphemous attempt to forge eternal beauty through blood. To stop her, they must face her thralls, her monstrous creations, and the vampiress herself in a battle where love and death are one.

Features social investigation, puzzle-driven exploration, and a multi-phase boss fight that transforms the battlefield as the ritual progresses.

The Crimson Secret is a 5th edition, level 5 adventure that blends gothic horror and mystery in the swamps of Central Latakar. Over the course of three acts, players will unravel a vampire’s seductive reign of terror, navigate the twisted catacombs beneath the Purple Rose, and decide whether Mircalla’s curse ends in redemption or ruin.

Designed for tense social encounters and atmospheric combat, this story of passion, beauty, and decay challenges players to see through illusion and confront the hunger that hides beneath the mask of grace.
