Hey everyone!

Hope everyone had a good Halloween!

You'll be getting the reward bundle for Novemberin a couple of days - full of awesome maps you'll love!

Grab Bag Bundle

We've got such an extensive catalogue of maps on DTRPG that even we forget what we've got sometimes!

That's why each month we'll be putting together a little bundle of 5 maps from the catalogue that you might have missed, and slapped a 60% discount on them. The bundle will only be live during the current month.

You can check out the first one here:

Your games!

We'd love to hear what's happening in your games! Let us know in the comments:

What's happened in the last session?

What have you got planned for the coming month?

What system are you playing?

Which maps have you used?

A Request

Over the past year we've seen the number of Patreon supporters fall each month. We appreciate that times are difficult for everyone and that people have less money available for hobby and leisure spending.

With the changes to Twitter etc it's getting harder to make our Patreon known to people, and we're surprised by how often we hear people tell us 'Oh, I didn't know you guys had a Patreon'.

If you can find 5 minutes to share a link to our Patreon on your Twitter/Reddit/Facebook etc that would be massively appreciated!

-- Patreon Schedule --

3rd November - Third Map Ideas - We'll be asking you for suggestions!

5th November - Rewards: November's reward bundles should be ready for download.  Everyone that had their payment processed by Patreon at the beginning of this month will receive their rewards DTRPG codes.  This will contain all the maps, whilst the adventure supplement and the one page GM resource are uploaded to Patreon.

7th November- MotM: We'll preview your December Map of the Month.

10th November-  Poll: 48hr poll opens for the Alt version of the Map of the Month. You decide what we make.

15th November - Sci-Fi: Reveal of Sci-Fi map for our $8 tier patrons.

21st November- Alt-Map: We'll preview the finished version of your December Alt-map., and variants of the MotM

24th November - Third Map: We'll preview the Third Map  -

28th November - MegaDungeons: The next levels for the MegaDungeon and Sci-Fi MegaMap levels are ready for a preview.

Reward Delivery Reminder

We use DrivethruRPG to deliver our rewards.  On Rewards Day you'll get sent a set of codes for the maps which have been uploaded to DrivethruRPG (the maps that your support has funded) .

Clicking these codes will add the maps to your DTRPG account for free. You are then free to download the maps whenever you choose - they'll stay in your account at DTRPG forever. We just ask that you click the code and claim the maps within 2 months of receiving the code.

Now's a good time to make sure you've claimed last month's rewards :)

Thanks, and have a great month!

The Riverside Warehouse is perfect for my mix of 5e campaigns that will find The Trollskull Trading Company "moving" goods from Triboar and Yartar down to Stone Bridge on the Sword Coast / Dessarin Valley. They need a good infiltration caper.

Hello -The words . . . "A selection of maps from our extensive back catalogue, with a 60% discount! Only available this month! This special bundle product contains the following titles." It is written in RED on a dark gray background on you Drivethru RPG page. I had to highlight it to read the words. You may want to change to color to yellow or something brighter.

In my last session, the Candlekeep Mysteries group fought a (buffed) mummy lord and won! We used the D&D 5e system and we used bits of Heroic Maps' Egyptian tomb maps that were spliced with a color map for Canopic Being (I am hoping to see Heroic Maps' version of the maps for that adventure eventually). The group hasn't played Kandlekeep Dekonstruction yet so we might turn to that next. Have you guys completed those maps? I assume not, since normally new map releases for prewritten modules are announced via the Patreon newsletter too, unless I missed that.

I love the bundle, the maps are great! In my last session we got close to concluding Book of the Raven from Candlekeep Mysteries (homebrewed extensively to have it make sense, including some of the things from your supplement). I used all your maps from the pack + the haunted version of your Forest Necropolis map too, as the group wanted to do some more wandering around the endless graveyard in Shadowfell. The maps all were beautiful and we had lots of fun, next session we will most likely finish the adventure and possibly lay down the hook for the next one. I know you're probably getting sick of my pestering at this point but all I'd really like is for you to continue making the chapters for Candlekeep, they really give players a deeper, more immersive experience than the official ones with weird blobs and looking like they were drawn by a DM on the spot (I played one of the adventures with some of the players before I got your pack, with just the default maps and they both agree they got a much better experience and deeper level of immersion now). I'm also aware you just released Kandlekeep Dekonstruction very recently (I love it btw) but would you at least be willing to share a vague estimate of when you're planning for the next chapter to come out? Thanks a ton, you're doing great work, your stuff is worth every pence spent on it :-)

TOMORROW is our Extra-Life Game Day Marathon! We'll be live-streaming the event (as we do for our weekly game), and as usual accepting Donations for Extra-Life, benefiting the local Children's Hospital which saved my son's life back in 2019. This is my 4th year doing Extra-Life and to date have raised over $3000 for the cause. Here's a donation link, and our streaming link: https://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donordrive.participant&participantID=512442 https://www.twitch.tv/therhinodude Stream starts at 9 AM, Eastern US Time Zone, and will go for 3 hours, then 30m lunch break, then another 3 hours. Stop in and give us a Follow, and if you can, a donation would be fantastic! With the rough inflation and belt-tightening this year, we're well behind our annual target of $1000/year. :-( Going into Game Day, we usually have $700 or so and meet our goal during Game Day. This year we don't even have half of that going in. :-( ---- In recent session, the party finally found the last piece of a magical key (separated into 3 parts) to bring back the Cloak Tower of Neverwinter (in this game, it's still missing). They need that because the tower has a piece of the Secpter of Savras, which the party has to reassemble in order to defeat the BBEG (Sammaster is back!). The other pieces are in Undermountain, Myth Drannor, and the Tome of the Nine Gods. Good times lol. The crew survived a nasty fight with a 3 Mummy Lord's (one with 312 hp), each of which could summon 2 mummies. Wizard saved the day with proper crowd control by separating the two weaker Lords into a Force Cage, and the Druid Insect Swarmed them down. Still a very tough fight as you can imagine, especially since the party started with about half of their resources expended.

Our heroes recently discovered that a Sarrukh demi-god was nesting beneath a major trade city. Hidden beneath a training academy for magically gifted students, this creature manipulated the school's magical wards to absorb a bit of magic from every spell cast. The wards were originally designed to protect the students from themselves, forcing each leveled spell to be cast one level higher for the original effect. But the perversion of these wards was too good of an opportunity, thus the Sarrukh began to absorb and recover her strength. Facing such a dilemma, the party was forced to flee, using Plane Shift to move away from the Material Plane and into a pocket dimension owned by the party warlock's patron. But time moves differently across the realms of existence. By the time they returned, several days had passed... and they discovered that an "unknown" malevolent presence was blocking them from returning to the city. Each teleportation attempt became a twisting, nauseating rollercoaster between realms before spilling the party out unceremoniously onto the ground. Forced to travel by foot, they enter a city forever changed-- a sudden illness has spread like wildfire across the region. The type of sickness that doesn't kill... ... but *transforms* the victim into something more suitable for Sarrukh and Yuan-Ti manipulation.

I am super excited for these new Grab Bag deals. Thanks for being awesome! As an aside, I was curious if you guys were still going to make a completed version of the Bodeham Castle map? I want to give my players a chance to purchase the land, see it's construction, and to get a final product with all the wealth they have. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
