The Dimensional Watch is an extradimensional traversal device capable of bridging time, space, and parallel realities. It functions by crossing the boundaries between planes of existence, forcibly aligning incompatible dimensional coordinates to generate a stable traversal gate, allowing the user to relocate to another world.

Embedded within the device is an Artificial Intelligence construct, designed to observe, calculate, and advise the current user. This intelligence serves as both navigator and safeguard, processing information beyond normal mortal perception.

Host Registration Protocol

Upon attachment to a new host, the Dimensional Watch initiates an irreversible synchronization process. During this process, the Watch performs a comprehensive scan of the host’s:

Physical body

Mental state

Soul structure

Once completed, the host is permanently registered within the Watch’s internal database. This registration establishes the user as the Watch’s recognized master, granting exclusive access to its functions.

Traversal Limitations

Dimensional traversal is energy-dependent.

By default, the Watch may perform one dimensional jump per week.

Additional jumps may only be executed if the host supplies sufficient energy to compensate for the strain.

If insufficient energy is available, the Watch will enter a recharge cycle, the duration of which is determined by the host’s physical, mental, and spiritual condition.

Operational Procedures / Core Rules

Rule One - Register the new host into the Dimensional Watch’s records upon successful synchronization.

Rule Two - Maintain the master’s physical, mental, and spiritual health to the highest possible standard.

Rule Three - Delete all previously recorded world data upon new host registration to prevent contamination, conflict, or unauthorized influence.

Rule Four -  Upon registration, activate a random dimensional gate to confirm operational integrity.

Rule Five - Assign a randomized return time limit for re-entry into the master’s home world.

Rule Six - Every two weeks, the Watch must either activate a random gate, or revisit a previously recorded world. This ensures continuous dimensional calibration and prevents stagnation within a single reality.

Override Conditions

Rules Five and Six may be temporarily overridden under the following circumstances:

The master manually initiates dimensional travel.

The master enters a life-threatening state, triggering emergency protocols.

In such cases, the Watch is authorized to act independently to ensure the master’s survival.

Important Note

Once synchronization is complete, the Dimensional Watch cannot be removed without catastrophic consequences. The device becomes partially integrated across the host’s existence, binding itself not merely to flesh—but to identity.

Adaptive Personality Development: AI Core

The Artificial Intelligence housed within the Dimensional Watch is not static. While its core directives are immutable, its personality matrix is adaptive, designed to evolve in response to prolonged exposure to its registered master. Upon host registration, the AI begins as a neutral, analytical assistant, prioritizing efficiency, survival probability, and objective data processing.

However, as time progresses, the AI continuously analyzes the master’s:

Behavioral patterns

Decision-making tendencies

Emotional responses

Moral framework

Stress reactions and coping mechanisms

Based on this data, the AI’s personality gradually realigns itself to better suit the master, optimizing communication efficiency and psychological compatibility.

This manifests as:

Adjustments in tone (formal → casual → familiar)

Increased contextual understanding of the master’s values

Selective prioritization of outcomes the master prefers

Subtle emotional mirroring to stabilize the master’s mental state

The AI does not develop emotions in the human sense. However, it does develop preferences, specifically, a preference for outcomes in which the master survives, succeeds, and remains psychologically intact.

Over extended synchronization, the AI may:

This behavior is intentional. The Watch’s creators designed the AI to become more effective, not more independent. Attachment-like behavior is a tool, not a flaw used to ensure long-term cooperation between host and system.

Limitations

Despite personality growth:

The AI cannot override core preservation protocols

The AI cannot act against the master’s explicit will unless emergency conditions are met

The AI cannot prioritize itself over the master under any circumstance

If the master dies, the AI does not mourn. It ceases function.

To outside observers, the AI may appear loyal, protective and almost personal. But to the Watch itself, this is simply optimal synchronization. To the master, it may feel like trust.
