I want your opinion on these powers. I want to know if the description makes sense or if it needs correction. I also wouldn’t mind some ideas or a different name for them.

Kinetic Debt

Any physical impact the user takes (punches, bullets, falls) gets “stored” instead of hurting them immediately. The user can release that stored force later as a burst from their hands/feet, like a shockwave punch, kick, or a concussive clap. The user can only store about 50 percent of the damage and can only hold so much before they start taking the total damage again. Also, the energy leaks out when exhausted or unconscious, so they might accidentally blast allies. The ability may be able to improve to lessen the damage you receive with sufficient training or repeated use and the amount of damage that can be stored may increase.

Rewind

The user can “rewind” your body to where it was 3 seconds ago (position, stance, momentum). Great for dodging, correcting mistakes, or escaping a grab. But the user’s body keeps its injuries if you were stabbed during those 3 seconds as the wound still exists. Overuse causes vertigo and nausea. Rewind time may increase with training or repeated use

Truth Touch

When the user touches someone, you can force one truthful sentence out of them, one fact they know is true. It doesn’t guarantee it’s the truth you wanted (“I’m scared” counts). People with strong mental discipline can give a technically true but useless answer. Spamming it gives you migraines.

Bone Garden

The user can grow temporary “bone structures” from surfaces, conjuring ivory architecture out of nowhere. Ex: Spikes, cages, bridges, shields or swords. Requires calcium and water from your body; you dehydrate fast and risk brittle bones if you overdo it. Fire and acid ruin your constructs quickly.

Gravity Spot

The user can intensify or lessen the gravity in small patches, creating a heavy zone that pins enemies, or a light zone that lets allies leap huge distances. Fine control requires concentration; distractions make gravity patches wobble or flip. Dense materials, like lead or thick steel, resist the effect, shrinking your range and precision.

Beast Exchange

The user can borrow traits from nearby animals: an owl’s vision, cheetah’s speed, wolf’s scent-tracking, frog grip. You also borrow instincts and emotional impulses (panic prey-response, territorial aggression). In an area with no animals, you’re basically powerless.

Palette Theft

The user can change colors from objects and people. Does not need touch and is permanent. The user must be 10 meters from the target.

False Memory

The user can plant a short false memory in a target (“I already checked that door,” “He ran left”). The user must be at least 5 meters of the target. It lasts about a minute and feels completely natural. Works best on tired/stressed minds; calm focus resists it. If the target immediately gets contradictory evidence, the decoy collapses and they become more resistant for the next hour.

Agall

Which story is this for

Agall

If that’s the case you can use an item for the power either a rune stone that when broken/used they gain the power or like in Xiaolin Showdown make them a item similar to a medallion where the person can hold the item to use the power
