Konohagakure, Hokage Mansion, Messenger Summoning Room

Deep within the administrative levels of the Hokage Mansion sat a specialized chamber that most ordinary villagers would never have reason to enter.

Unlike the bustling mission hall below or the constantly occupied offices where clerks sorted contracts and field reports, the Messenger Summoning Room was usually quiet, almost unnervingly so. The chamber had been constructed specifically for one purpose: receiving urgent communications from shinobi operating beyond the walls of Konohagakure.

Circular summoning seals covered several sections of the polished wooden floor, each one meticulously maintained and linked to registered summoning contracts belonging to active Leaf kunoichi.

Hawks, dogs, cats, slugs, snakes, and dozens of other strange creatures could appear within the chamber at any hour carrying battlefield reports, mission updates, emergency requests, or intelligence too sensitive to trust to ordinary couriers.

Because of that, several trained attendants remained stationed inside the room at all times, quietly cataloging every arrival and ensuring anything marked urgent reached the Hokage's office without delay.

For most of the afternoon, however, very little had happened. One attendant sat behind a wide desk recording the arrival of a messenger hawk from the eastern border while another carefully reorganized a shelf filled with sealed document tubes. A third woman stood near one of the larger summoning circles, idly checking the ink lines for damage. The atmosphere was monotonous enough that when a sudden surge of chakra rippled through one of the smaller seals near the far wall, every attendant in the room instinctively looked toward it. The black ink markings flashed with pale light before a sharp burst of white smoke erupted upward with a distinct POOF, momentarily obscuring the floor.

As the smoke dispersed, a tiny white snake could be seen coiled neatly at the center of the summoning circle, its narrow head raised proudly as though perfectly aware that it had just interrupted an otherwise uneventful shift.

Wrapped securely around the snake's slender body was a small white scroll held in place by a dark cord.

One of the attendants immediately straightened as she recognized the summoning species before she even saw the identification mark stamped onto the scroll. There were plenty of unusual contracts registered within Konohagakure, but snakes were particularly distinctive, and among active Leaf personnel there was only one woman notorious enough to make regular use of them.

"...From Mitarashi?" The attendant muttered.

The small snake flicked its tongue at her and that was confirmation enough.

Her casual expression vanished as she hurried around the desk and crouched beside the summoning circle. Anko Mitarashi was a Tokubetsu Jōnin attached heavily to interrogation, intelligence gathering, and other assignments that routinely involved sensitive information.

More importantly, she was currently away from the village on an active mission. A direct summoning message from her therefore wasn't something to leave sitting in an intake tray until someone eventually bothered to process it. The attendant gently loosened the cord around the snake, removed the scroll, and checked the exterior markings.

The moment she saw the classification seal, her posture became noticeably more rigid. It wasn't merely a standard mission report. Anko had marked it for immediate delivery to the Hokage.

"...What happened out there?" she whispered.

The snake gave another indifferent flick of its tongue before curling comfortably inside the summoning circle, apparently satisfied that its work was finished.

The attendant broke the outer seal and unfurled enough of the parchment to verify the message before forwarding it upstairs. She expected something familiar: an enemy sighting, a casualty report, perhaps an update concerning the stolen scroll Anko had originally been sent to recover. At worst, she imagined that Anko had discovered evidence of a larger hostile network operating inside the Land of Fire.

Her eyes moved across the first several lines but then stopped as she blinked.

She then paid closer attention and read the scroll again making her brow furrowed. The attendant brought the parchment closer to her face, convinced for a moment that exhaustion had caused her to misread the handwriting.

But she hadn't as her eyes raced farther down the page and blood slowly drained from her face.

Another attendant noticed the sudden change in her expression and looked over from the nearby desk. "Something wrong?"

There was no answer as the woman holding the scroll had gone completely still. Her gaze moved line by line across Anko's handwriting as increasingly impossible details accumulated in front of her. A mission failure. Two hostile kunoichi escaping with the target scroll. Anko sustaining injuries. None of that was particularly shocking by shinobi standards, troubling perhaps, but believable.

Then came the discovery of an unidentified male, Young, and healthy. Living completely alone in an abandoned hut deep within the wilderness.

No documented family, clan, or visible escort. And most incomprehensibly of all apparently unclaimed.

The attendant's mouth slowly fell open. "What the hell...?"

The other women in the room immediately looked toward her. "What?"

But the woman kept reading. According to Anko, the male identified himself only as Leo. He possessed no chakra, consistent with an ordinary man, but his circumstances were anything except ordinary. He had apparently survived several days alone in the forest with little more than primitive tools and whatever food he could catch himself. Anko had established contact, confirmed that he was not immediately hostile, and had taken responsibility for escorting him toward Konohagakure for protection and formal evaluation as he had decided that he would wish for residence at Konohagakure.

The attendant's fingers began trembling against the parchment as she read the paragraph again just to make absolutely certain.

A man outside the capital registration system. Traveling toward Konoha with Anko Mitarashi wishing for residency. The implications struck all at once.

Every male born within the Land of Fire was tracked from childhood. Their families were documented. Their movements were protected. Their eventual education, housing, medical history, and social registration were all matters watched obsessively by the state because losing even a single male citizen represented a demographic and political disaster. The possibility of an adolescent or young adult man simply existing somewhere in the wilderness without appearing in any official registry wasn't merely unlikely. It bordered on impossible. And yet Anko was claiming she had found exactly that and one wishing to live in a village full of Kunoichi.

The attendant snapped the scroll shut.

The sudden motion startled everyone else.

"What's going on?" One of the other women demanded, rising from her chair. "Is Anko injured?"

"She's alive."

"Then what?"

The attendant looked at them, still visibly stunned. For half a second she considered explaining. Then years of bureaucratic training overrode the impulse. This was far above the clearance level of the room.

She tucked the scroll firmly against her chest and bolted. Her chair nearly toppled as she rushed around the desk. The other attendants stared after her as she threw open the chamber door and disappeared into the corridor at a near sprint.

"Hey!" someone shouted. "Where are you going?"

"I HAVE TO FIND SHIZUNE!" Her voice echoed down the hall.

Several clerks passing through the corridor abruptly stepped aside as she raced past them, sandals hammering against the polished floorboards. She barely noticed the startled expressions following her. Her entire mind had condensed into a single objective. ‘Find Shizune.’

The Hokage's personal secretary controlled access to Lady Tsunade's office, filtered emergency intelligence, and decided which reports were important enough to interrupt the Fifth Hokage's schedule.

And this one, this one was going to interrupt everything.

Because if Anko Mitarashi's report was accurate, then somewhere on the roads of the Land of Fire, walking steadily toward Konohagakure under the protection of two Leaf kunoichi, was something the village had not seen in generations. A healthy, unregistered, completely unattached man. And the moment that information reached Lady Tsunade, the quiet routine of the Hokage Mansion was about to disappear entirely.

—---------------------------

Konohagakure, Hokage Mansion, Hokage Office

At the highest occupied floor of the Hokage Mansion, overlooking the sprawling rooftops and bustling streets of Konohagakure, the Fourth Hokage, Tsunade Senju, sat imprisoned behind what she considered to be one of the most malicious creations humanity had ever devised: administrative paperwork.

The Hokage's spacious office should have been an impressive symbol of supreme authority, with its broad windows overlooking the village, shelves packed with mission archives and historical scrolls, framed maps of the Land of Fire covering sections of the walls, and the Hokage's ceremonial hat resting prominently nearby.

Instead, from Tsunade's perspective, it had become a bureaucratic dungeon dominated by towering stacks of endless forms. Mission authorizations sat beside requisition requests, budget proposals were stacked precariously on top of infrastructure reports, promotion recommendations competed for space with civilian complaints, and somewhere beneath one particularly offensive mountain of parchment was supposedly a urgent request concerning repairs to one of the western training grounds.

Tsunade stared at the document currently held between her fingers with an expression so violently irritated that one might reasonably believe the paper had personally insulted her lineage. Her amber-brown eyes narrowed as she read the same painfully dull paragraph for what felt like the fourth time before finally dropping her forehead into her palm with a heavy thud.

"Why," she muttered darkly, her voice echoing in the quiet room, "did nobody mention that becoming Hokage meant spending half my life approving roof repairs?"

She leaned heavily back in her chair and gazed longingly toward the bright afternoon visible through the clear glass windows. Somewhere beyond those walls were lively taverns serving perfectly chilled sake, gambling halls filled with the sharp sound of cards and dice, restaurants where someone else would prepare her food, and countless other activities infinitely preferable to calculating quarterly allocations for kunoichi equipment.

On an especially fortunate day, perhaps the heavens might even perform a genuine miracle and allow her to spend an afternoon in the company of an actual man, instead of drowning beneath documents written by increasingly irritating women asking her to approve trivial things.

The thought made Tsunade release a long, wistful sigh as she rested her cheek against her fist. Men were rare enough in this world that even someone with her status couldn't simply wander into a local tavern and expect to meet one. Most males in the Land of Fire were usually kept at a distance, surrounded by so many protective attendants, guards, and overbearing women that casual, comfortable conversation was practically impossible.

Tsunade clicked her tongue in frustration. "Drinking, gambling, maybe spending a quiet afternoon with a handsome man..." She muttered wistfully, before glaring down at the document before her with fresh disdain. "But no. Apparently, the universe hates me, so I get agricultural tax projections instead."

She reached for another report with all the enthusiasm of someone picking up a venomous pit viper.

BANG!

The heavy oak office door suddenly slammed open with enough force to rattle the hinges.

Tsunade's eyebrow twitched violently as a sudden draft sent several loose documents flying across the room like startled birds. "WHAT THE HELL?!"

Shizune stood flushed in the doorway, breathing considerably harder than usual, one hand still gripping the wooden frame after apparently abandoning every single principle of professional etiquette on her frantic way upstairs. Her dark hair had shifted slightly out of place from her hurried ascent through the mansion, Tonton squeaking anxiously at her heels, and held firmly in her other hand was a small white scroll bearing an unmistakable emergency-delivery seal.

Tsunade's irritation sharpened instantly into a lethal glare. "Shizune!" She barked, straightening in her chair, her voice sharp enough to snap wood. "What in the hell is so important that you've apparently forgotten how manners work?"

"M-My apologies, Lady Tsunade," Shizune answered rapidly, stepping inside and kicking the door shut behind her, though the frantic excitement shining in her eyes made the apology sound almost entirely automatic. "But something extremely unusual has just arrived through the Messenger Summoning Room! One of the attendants received a small snake summon carrying a direct, sealed report!"

Tsunade's eyes narrowed into razor-thin slits. "A snake?"

Shizune nodded rapidly, her feet practically flying across the wooden floor toward the desk.

That single word was instantly enough to shift Tsunade from an annoyed administrator into an exceptionally sharp military commander. There weren't many active snake summoners in Konohagakure, and there was one particular special jōnin whose association with them was entirely unmistakable.

"Anko," Tsunade stated flatly.

"Yes." Shizune held the white scroll out toward her with trembling hands. "Special Jōnin Mitarashi marked it with a triple seal for immediate delivery to the Hokage's hands only."

Tsunade extended a broad, authoritative hand. "Then stop hovering and give it here."

Shizune practically thrust the scroll into her palm.

Tsunade broke the wax seal with a sharp flick of her thumb, unfurled the thick parchment across the cluttered desk, and began scanning the dense text. At first, her expression remained stern and controlled, the sharp eyes of a Kunoichi analyzing tactical data. Then her brows drew tightly together.

The first portion of the report was unpleasant, though strictly within normal parameters. Anko's original assignment had gone poorly. The stolen classified scroll had not been recovered, one hostile operative had been eliminated, but two others had escaped past the border with the objective. Anko herself had sustained injuries serious enough to delay immediate pursuit.

Tsunade's jaw tightened as her eyes swept down the page. "That reckless idiot..." she muttered under her breath.

Then she reached the next section, and her eyes suddenly stopped moving entirely.

For several agonizing seconds, the broad office became completely, utterly silent. The only sound was the soft rustle of flying papers settling back down onto the floorboards.

Shizune watched eagerly from the opposite side of the desk, her fingers intertwined tightly in front of her chest.

Tsunade slowly reread the middle paragraph, her amber eyes widening degree by degree. "...What?"

Shizune's lips twitched upward into an undeniable, giddy smile.

Tsunade continued reading, her former exhaustion and irritation completely evaporating as if struck by lightning. An unidentified male had been discovered in the deep wilderness. He had no clan affiliation. No documented connection to the Land of Fire's male educational system or aristocratic families. He had been living entirely alone in an abandoned hut in the woods, and Anko, along with Yuhi Kurenai, was currently escorting him directly toward Konohagakure.

His name was Leo. And according to Anko's explicit, uncharacteristically detailed notes, he was not merely accepting temporary village protection... he was apparently willing to seek permanent, legal citizenship within Konoha itself.

Tsunade stared at the parchment. Then she slowly raised her gaze to look at Shizune. Then she looked back down at the scroll. "...Shizune."

"Yes, Lady Tsunade?"

"Is this some kind of ridiculous joke?"

"No, Lady Tsunade."

"Is Anko drunk?"

"I sincerely doubt it."

"Was she poisoned? Hallucinating?"

"No, Lady Tsunade."

"Is she under the influence of a high-level genjutsu?"

"If Kurenai is with her, I doubt it."

Tsunade picked the scroll up with both hands, holding it up into the sunlight as if checking for invisible ink. "A man. Who was living alone in the middle of nowhere... actively wants to come live inside a Kunoichi village."

Shizune's smile finally broke completely free, turning into a bright, almost hysterical grin. "Yes!" She practically squealed, the word hanging heavy and electric in the air.

Tsunade leaned slowly backward in her high-backed leather chair. For perhaps the first time since taking the hat, she completely forgot about the suffocating mountain of paperwork surrounding her.

A man voluntarily choosing residence inside a hidden ninja village wasn't merely unusual. It was unprecedented. Most men were deeply intimidated and comfortable keeping their distance from active kunoichi, precisely because ninja villages contained some of the most physically dominant, aggressive, and battle-hardened women in the world. The capital's male academies spent years teaching young men how to carefully navigate female attention safely, and even afterward, the vast majority preferred quieter civilian cities, noble estates, or heavily protected settlements rather than a fortress containing thousands of lethal women capable of breaking stone walls with their bare hands.

Yet according to Anko's detailed written account, this Leo was already traveling willingly beside two of Konoha's most dangerous elite kunoichi and apparently, he wasn't frightened of them in the slightest. In fact, Anko noted with shameless pride that he was handling their presence with remarkable, unbelievable ease.

Shizune clasped her hands together tightly, unable to suppress the bright, fluttering excitement in her voice. "Do you realize what this could mean for the village, Lady Tsunade? If he genuinely chooses Konoha as his permanent residence..." Her dark eyes practically sparkled with uncharacteristic hope. "We could finally have a man living openly within the village! The morale boost alone... the prestige!"

Tsunade's gaze remained fixed on the written name on the scroll. Leo. "Yes... you're right," Tsunade muttered aloud, her mind racing at a hundred miles an hour.

The political and social implications were staggering. But beneath her duties as the Hokage, a far more dangerous, intensely personal thought entered her head as she gazed blankly out the window toward the village gates.

'...I wonder what he looks like.'

Tsunade immediately caught herself, her brows furrowing into a slight frown. But almost instantly, another far more shameless thought intruded right behind it.

'I wonder if Anko and Kurenai have already laid their hands on him.'

Her frown deepened as her eyes narrowed at the scroll. Knowing Anko's complete lack of restraint and Kurenai's hidden, competitive nature, the thought of those two having exclusive access to an unattached, willing man out in the secluded wilderness made a hot spike of envy flare deep within her chest.

'...Would I even have a chance?'

Her fingers began tapping a slow, rhythmic beat against the polished wood of her desk.

She was older than most of the kunoichi who would inevitably throw themselves into a desperate, feral competition the second this news broke to the public. Significantly older, in fact. Her eye twitched at the harsh reality of her age.

‘So what?’ Tsunade thought fiercely, her back straightening as her legendary pride surged back to the surface. Age was hardly enough to disqualify Tsunade Senju. Through her master-level chakra control, she still possessed a breathtaking appearance, unstoppable strength, boundless vitality, and jaw-dropping physique of a woman in her absolute physical prime. She was the Fourth Hokage, the greatest medical kunoichi in human history, a legendary Sannin, the granddaughter of the Hashirama Senju, and the head of the most historically prestigious bloodline ever produced by the Land of Fire.

If anything, she wasn't just a candidate, she was the ultimate candidate. A tiny, slow, supremely confident smirk slowly carved its way across Tsunade's lips, her amber eyes flashing with a dangerous, predatory light as she looked down at the scroll.

Across the desk, Shizune had apparently reached a similar, if much more private, train of thought, as a soft, delicate pink rose across her cheeks.

‘A man who isn't afraid of kunoichi...’ She caught herself imagining what having a man actually living within the borders of Konoha would be like. Someone she might speak with naturally over morning tea. Someone she might share a quiet moment with in the hallway. Someone she might eventually—

Shizune quickly shook her head, her dark hair swaying. ‘Professional thoughts, Shizune! Professional thoughts!’

Tsunade looked up sharply from the scroll, her amber eyes catching the subtle blush. "Why are you smiling like an idiot?"

"I-I wasn't!" Shizune immediately straightened, holding her breath. "I was merely considering... how happy everyone will be!"

Tsunade paused, her hand freezing over the desk. "...Everyone."

Shizune nodded enthusiastically, completely oblivious to the sudden, ominous darkness entering Tsunade's expression. "Of course! Think about it, Lady Tsunade! The Jōnin, the Chūnin, the clan heads, all the kunoichi and civilians, most women here have never even spoken directly to a man before! Once the news spreads that a handsome man is actually choosing to live in Konoha, they'll be absolutely ecstatic!"

Tsunade became terrifyingly still. Her gaze slowly drifted away from Shizune, turning toward the massive glass window overlooking the village.

Below them lay Konohagakure. Thousands upon thousands of vibrant, lonely women. Elite kunoichi, lethal assassins, master strategists, and passionate civilian shopkeepers—women who, in almost every case, had gone their entire lives without so much as standing within normal conversational distance of an unattached man who wasn't surrounded by a dozen armed guards or sequestered inside an aristocratic estate.

Tsunade's vivid imagination abruptly produced a vivid scene: Leo, stepping calmly through the main gates with a gentle smile.

And then, right behind that, she pictured several thousand starved, desperate women learning about his arrival simultaneously and instantly losing their collective minds.

Tsunade's expression went completely blank. "...Oh no."

Shizune blinked, her cheerful smile wavering. "Lady Tsunade? What is it?"

Tsunade abruptly stood up. The movement was so violent and sudden that her heavy wooden chair rolled backward and slammed hard into the wall, while she slammed both palms flat onto the desk. "Shizune."

"Y-Yes?"

"How many women live in this village?"

Shizune hesitated, taken aback by the sudden shift in atmosphere. "Tens of thousands."

"And how many of them have personally, comfortably interacted with a man?"

Shizune opened her mouth, paused, and slowly closed it again as a cold sweat broke out behind her neck. "...Very few."

"Exactly." Tsunade began pacing furiously behind her desk, her long green haori swaying behind her. Her administrative frustration had vanished entirely, replaced by the razor-sharp, calculating intensity of a military commander facing a impending disaster. "We have an entire village full of powerful women who have spent their entire lives reading about men in etiquette manuals, family scrolls, medical textbooks, government announcements, and whatever filthy gossip they exchange after three drinks at the local izakaya!"

Shizune’s eyes began to widen as the horrifying reality finally clicked in her head. "Wait..."

"And now Anko and Kurenai are bringing them a completely unattached, handsome man who apparently isn't frightened of kunoichi in the slightest!" Tsunade slammed her fist into her open palm.

A heavy, suffocating silence fell over the office as Shizune realized the gravity of the situation. "...Oh."

"Yes. Oh." Tsunade pointed a sharp, accusing finger directly toward her assistant. "You know what happens the exact second that rumor hits the streets?!"

Shizune swallowed hard, her pulse spiking. "Absolute chaos."

"Chaos? That's an understatement!" Tsunade resumed pacing like a caged tiger. "The noble clans will start aggressively competing. The civilians will start throwing shameless rumors. Every woman with a respectable family name will convince herself she should be first in line to introduce herself! Someone will bring him lavish gifts. Someone else will draft legal marriage documents before he even unpacks his bags! Someone will inevitably wear something completely outrageous to get his attention! And because this is Konoha, at least three hot-headed Jōnin will probably challenge each other to a deathmatch in the streets over who gets to speak with him first!"

Shizune grimaced, cold sweat dripping down her cheek. "...That does sound extremely possible."

"Possible?!" Tsunade barked, her voice echoing off the walls. "It's guaranteed!"

Her mind raced further down that terrifying path. Leo had apparently spent much of his life completely isolated from normal society, living in a quiet hut in the woods. Anko's detailed report suggested he barely understood the strict social conventions and manic female attention surrounding men in this world.

If he stepped into a village where hundreds of wild, possessive women immediately swarmed him, fought over him, flirted aggressively, invaded his personal space, and treated him like a piece of rare meat... he would turn around and run.

The thought instantly sobered Tsunade, chilling her blood. If Konoha managed to frighten away the very first man in decades who had voluntarily expressed interest in residing there, Tsunade would never hear the end of it, not from the Fire Daimyō, not from the Village Council, not from rival nations, and certainly not from herself.

"No," Tsunade declared firmly, her voice echoing with absolute authority as she stopped pacing. "We are not letting this village behave like a pack of starving wolves the second he steps foot through the gate." Her amber eyes hardened into pure, unquestionable command. "Send immediate emergency notices to every major clan head."

Shizune straightened her posture instantly. "All of them?"

"All of them! Hyūga, Nara, Yamanaka, Akimichi, Aburame, Inuzuka, Uchiha, every major household with political sway or active kunoichi! Then contact every available high-ranking Jōnin currently inside the village boundaries!"

Shizune's eyes widened further. "Every Jōnin?!"

"Anyone important enough that she'll inevitably hear about this within twenty-four hours anyway!" Tsunade walked back behind her desk, snatching a clean, thick sheet of parchment and a brush. "We're holding an emergency council meeting!"

Shizune frowned slightly, her brain trying to wrap around the concept. "An emergency meeting about... village etiquette?"

Tsunade looked up, her gaze piercing. "About containment."

Shizune blinked, entirely confused. "Containment?"

"Of them," Tsunade clarified flatly, gesturing wildly toward the window to indicate the entire female population of Konohagakure.

Shizune stared blankly for a second, then blinked again.

Tsunade released a heavy, exasperated sigh, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Shizune, listen to me. Most of the women in this village have never interacted with a man in their entire lives. Not properly. They've never had a normal, casual conversation with one, they've never learned how to read whether he's feeling uncomfortable or cornered, and they certainly have zero self-control when it comes to an unattached male who isn't protected by a military escort."

Shizune slowly, solemnly nodded.

Tsunade continued, her tone dropping into a stern, unyielding decree. "So before Leo arrives, we are establishing strict, enforceable laws."

"What kind of rules, Lady Tsunade?"

"Mandatory distance requirements! No unsolicited touching without explicit consent! No physically blocking his path! No propositioning him in the middle of the street! No surprise marriage contracts thrown in his face! No formal challenges or duels between competing women! No entering whatever private residence we assign him without written permission! No following him through the market streets! No attempting to bribe him with rare goods! And under no circumstances is anyone allowed to disguise themselves as one of his household attendants!"

Shizune’s eyebrows climbed higher and higher with every absurd, yet entirely necessary example. "You've... thought of quite a few scenarios already."

"I've been Hokage long enough to know exactly how stupidly reckless people become when they want something they can't have!" Tsunade slammed the newly written parchment onto the desk, pointing her brush at Shizune. "And absolutely no clan is getting privileged access merely because they think their noble bloodline makes them more deserving!"

That particular decree was going to spark massive outrage among the clan matriarchs, and Tsunade knew it but she didn't give a damn.

"If Leo chooses to court someone, that will be his decision," Tsunade stated firmly. "If he wants to speak with a particular woman, fine. If he decides he wants two wives, five wives, ten wives, or whatever private arrangement ultimately satisfies his personal desires and legal requirements, that will be handled properly and respectfully." Her amber eyes narrowed dangerously. "But nobody—and I mean nobody—is going to corner him or force his hand!"

Shizune's expression softened, a warm, understanding look filling her eyes. "Because you don't want him frightened away."

"...Exactly," Tsunade muttered, her chest expanding as she folded her arms beneath her massive bust.

For a moment, the vast office fell into a quiet, heavy calm.

Then, a tiny, deeply mischievous smile crept across Shizune's face. She stepped forward, carefully taking the freshly written list of regulations from Tsunade's desk. "I understand completely, Lady Tsunade. I'll have the emergency summons distributed to every squad and clan house immediately."

"Good. Make it quick."

Shizune turned toward the door, taking two steps before pausing. She slowly glanced back over her shoulder, her dark eyes sparkling with rare, playful defiance. "Lady Tsunade?"

"What is it, Shizune?"

"Do these strict rules... also apply to the Hokage?"

Tsunade froze dead in her tracks.

The silence that instantly descended upon the office was so profound, so heavy, that the air itself seemed to freeze. Shizune’s eyes widened as she immediately regretted every single life choice that had led her to this exact second.

A sharp, violent twitch struck Tsunade's left eye. The wooden desk beneath her hands began to creak under a sudden, terrifying surge of raw chakra.

"Get... out."

Shizune bit the inside of her cheek until it bled to stop herself from squealing in sheer terror and laughter. "Yes, Lady Tsunade!"

"NOW!"

BANG!

Shizune sprinted out of the office at full speed, slamming the heavy oak door shut behind her just in time to hear a loud CRACK echo from inside the room.

Inside, Tsunade remained standing in total silence for several long seconds, releasing the cracked wood of her desk. She slowly looked back down at Anko's emergency scroll, her eyes retracing the bold letters of his name. Leo.

She leaned back against the edge of her desk, looking back toward the clear blue sky outside. "A man who actually wants to live in Konoha..." she whispered softly to herself.

The faintest, breathtakingly beautiful smile crossed the Hokage's lips, softening her stern features. But then her eyes drifted back toward the towering, suffocating mountains of administrative paperwork waiting on every corner of her desk, and her smile instantly vanished into a deep scowl.

"Great. And now I have to personally draft an emergency codex telling an entire village of desperate, starved kunoichi how not to scare him off." Tsunade groaned loudly, dropping back into her leather chair with a heavy thud.

She paused for a second. Her amber eyes narrowed into a sharp, fiercely competitive glare toward the closed door."...Shizune better not think that rule means I'm disqualified."

Outside the Hokage Mansion, frantic, rapid footsteps were already echoing down the grand stone corridors as ANBU operatives and messengers rushed out into the afternoon sun, carrying sealed, high-priority summons to the most powerful women in Konohagakure.

—------------------------------

Meanwhile, inside a dimly lit inn room located two full days away from the borders of Konohagakure, the air hung thick and heavy with the undeniable scent of warm musk and sweet desire. Leo lay stretched out across the soft futon, his senses thoroughly overwhelmed by the intense dual assault of unfiltered pleasure.

Anko was an absolute whirlwind of lust between his legs. She had positioned her supple body perfectly, her head bobbing in a smooth, rhythmic motion as she took his entire length deep into her warm throat. But it wasn't merely the expert suction of her mouth that was driving him completely out of his mind; she had pressed her bare chest firmly against the very base of his thick shaft. Her heavy, soft breasts were squished tightly together, creating a snug, incredibly warm valley of soft flesh that hugged his cock with every single slide. The sensation of his thick, pulsing vein rubbing against her sensitive, hardened nipples while her wet tongue swirled relentlessly around his crown was almost too intense to bear.

"Mmmph... gluck... slrrp..."

Anko let out muffled, needy sounds around his girth, her dark eyes looking directly up at him through messy strands of purple hair with a sharp, predatory glint. Her cheeks hollowed tightly as she sucked him with a powerful, vacuum-like force, drawing every bit of his heat straight down her throat.

Behind him, Kurenai was a brilliant, contrasting fire. She was pressed flush against his broad chest, her soft curves molding seamlessly to his every angle. Her slender arms were wrapped tightly around his neck, her fingers tangling desperately in his hair as she claimed his lips in a deep, breath-stealing kiss. Her tongue danced intimately with his, her heavy breasts pressing firmly into his shoulder blades as she drank him in.

Leo groaned heavily into Kurenai's mouth, his hips involuntarily jerking upward off the futon, driving himself even deeper into Anko's eager throat. The lethal combination of the wet, incredibly tight suction from below and the soft, clinging warmth wrapped around his upper body had him hovering dangerously on the absolute verge of a total sensory meltdown.

Kurenai pulled her lips back just a fraction of an inch, her breath catching raggedly, her voice dropping into a shaky, desperate whisper against his mouth. "I can't... I simply can't stop thinking about how incredible you felt inside me earlier. I want it again, Leo. I want to feel you completely filling me up right now."

Anko, sensing the sudden shift in energy, pulled herself off his shaft with a loud, slick pop. A long, glistening string of warm saliva connected her full lips to the swollen head of his cock. She wiped her mouth with the back of her forearm, a wicked, thoroughly uninhibited smirk splitting her face.

"Patience, Kurenai," Anko purred huskily, her heavy chest heaving with every ragged breath. "I'm not even close to done playing with him yet."

Shifting her weight, Anko crawled gracefully up his body, the smooth skin of her breasts sliding over his stomach like warm silk. She didn't target his lips this time; instead, her fingers wrapped around his hands, pinning his wrists firmly above his head as her dark eyes locked onto his with absolute possessiveness.

She then slid downward, her swollen, soaking wet entrance aligning perfectly with the broad head of his cock. With a slow, agonizingly deliberate motion, Anko lowered her hips, taking him in inch by agonizing inch until she was completely bottomed out, her sensitive clit grinding hard against his pubic bone.

"Oh Kami... yes!" Anko gasped loudly, her head tossing backward, her exposed throat arching toward the ceiling as her internal walls clamped tightly around his girth.

Kurenai didn't remain idle for a single second. Seeing Anko take the lead, she slid smoothly down the length of the bed, her hands roaming over Leo's firm thighs before she dove directly beneath Anko's hovering hips. The rich scent of their combined arousal filled her nostrils, fueling her own deep need. Kurenai leaned in close, her warm tongue flicking expertly against Anko's exposed clit, greedily licking away the slick juices that leaked continuous heat from where Leo was buried deep inside her.

Leo was caught in an inescapable vice of overwhelming ecstasy. Above him, Anko was riding him with a frantic, rhythmic, grinding pace, her internal muscles clamping down on him in fierce, fluttering waves. Below, Kurenai was worshipping Anko's wet folds, her clever tongue creating a secondary source of friction that sent Anko into sudden, breathless fits of vocal pleasure.

"Fuck! Leo! You're so big... you're stretching me so wide!" Anko shrieked, her nails digging deeply into the futon sheets beside his head as she continuously hammered herself down onto his throbbing length.

The sheer friction was unbelievable. Leo could feel every fold of Anko's hot walls squeezing him tight, while the loud, wet laps of Kurenai's tongue paired with Anko's guttural moans pushed his self-control straight toward the edge. He bucked his hips upward, meeting every one of Anko's downward thrusts with powerful, surge-filled surges, driving himself deep into the slick depths of her body.

Anko's frame suddenly stiffened, her eyes rolling back into her head as a massive, violent orgasm ripped through her entire nervous system. She clamped down on his cock with a frantic strength that nearly forced him to cum on the spot, her whole body trembling with intense, uncontrolled tremors.

As Anko collapsed weakly onto his chest, spent and panting heavily, Kurenai moved with lightning precision. She gently nudged the dazed kunoichi aside, her crimson eyes wide with pure needs. She wasn't willing to wait another second. Flipping Leo onto his stomach, she pushed him flat against the futon and hiked her hips high.

"My turn," Kurenai whimpered softly, her voice thick with raw desire.

Guiding his throbbing, glistening cock directly to her wet entrance, she lowered herself down in one smooth, uninterrupted motion. A high, breathless moan escaped her red lips as she felt his massive size stretch her open to her absolute limit. She was even tighter than Anko, her internal walls gripping his shaft with a desperate, pulsing intensity.

Leo groaned into the soft cotton of the pillow, his hands gripping the sheets tightly as he began to thrust furiously upward into her tight heat.

Kurenai let out a high-pitched cry of pure bliss, her fingers clawing deeply into the bedding. Every deep, brutal thrust felt like liquid electricity shooting directly up her spine.

Anko, recovering with remarkable speed, crawled back into the heat of the moment. She draped her supple body over Leo's back, pressing her heavy breasts firmly against his spine while her mouth found the shell of his ear.

"Cum for us, Leo," Anko whispered, her husky voice dropping into a sultry, absolute command. "Fill Kurenai up completely. Give her every single drop you've got."

The vivid mental image, combined with the incredibly tight, soaking heat of Kurenai's pulsing body, proved to be the ultimate catalyst. Leo let out a low, guttural roar from the back of his throat, his broad back arching as he delivered three final, punishingly deep thrusts.

He erupted deep inside Kurenai's core, the sheer force of his climax sending thick waves of hot seed flooding into her waiting depths. Kurenai shrieked aloud, her internal muscles pulsing wildly around his shaft, ruthlessly milking every last drop from him as she was swept directly into her own shattering, body-numbing orgasm.

When the storm finally subsided, they collapsed together in a tangled, completely exhausted heap of sweaty limbs, damp hair, and tangled blankets. The quiet stillness of the dark inn room returned at last, broken only by the sound of their heavy, synchronized breathing and the lingering, sweet scent of their shared ecstasy.

Done. Tell me what you think?
