Preaching to the Horse's Mouth

The MotW aspects of the episode are... whatever lol But there's still lots of good personal stuff here. Everyone continues to grow and evolve as characters.

This episode is not a fan favorite, and I'm sure you'll get some comments reflecting that, but I've always liked it. It's not great, or amazing, but it's fairly solid and it has some good moments. Like when Angel beats the crap out of those guys at the gun club.

"I really don't like it when people shoot me." Just....love David's delivery of that iconic line, followed by the systematic violence against the scummy inseminators that occurs afterwards. And oh Wesley....continuing the Watchers' tradition of being knocked out at the most inopportune times.

So the actual demon ended up being completely goofy. But that last scene with Angel, Cordelia, and Wesley always gets me, too. So, ironically, this episoded didn't go down a path you were Expecting....... Seriously though. All week.....I accept tips.

The actual demon was goofy, yes, but I did love the completely badass way Angel tossed the liquid nitrogen to it and Wesley shot the canister. Man's got good aim when he's not being entirely clumsy.

I think it was just a little bit of jealousy with Dennis. As a ghost I don't think that he can particularly sense evil or demonic presence more than anyone else could get an evil vibe from someone. And with the guy not being actually demonic or anything, I don't think a ghost would just be able to sense bad intentions.

Cordy dated a lot in high school, but she was in a serious relationship with Xander and they never had sex, so I have to doubt she had sex with any of the other guys. So I think she dated a lot, but didn't do more than make out.

There's been no indication of sensing someone's plans being a part of a ghost's powers. And his mother criticized him about dating a hussy, not about his ghost form not being able to read intentions, so that makes no sense.

IMO she was most likely sexually active in high school but held off with Xander because she was crazy about him and wanted it to be special. There’s certainly nothing here that indicates it’s her first time and I just generally hate the idea that it was and this is what happened.

Yaaay 🥰 I was really looking forward to your reaction since it's a Cordy centric episode and I'm so glad you enjoyed it! ❤️ as someone has already said, this one is not a fan favorite but I personally really love the dynamic of our main trio in this episode. The opening scene is just hilarious and the ending...I just love their relationship so much! And btw, Domi+Cordy is my new OTP (but Domi+Katie is a close second) 😊 I hope you're feeling better and that you are enjoying the LA life 😎

I'm not a big fan of this episode - the message seems to be "sex is bad" (they even mention that in episode, followed by "we all knew that"). But I have to admit there are some very good and funny moments. And I'm glad you enjoyed it :-)

Nothing has been ruled in or out when it comes to ghost abilities. I'm keeping an open mind. Just like his mother, it doesn't sound as though you have much faith in Dennis's perception or judgement. Finally, we don't know his girlfriend was a hussy, that was his mother's opinion, the same opinion she had of all women seemingly.

I think I remember an episode where sex wasn't 'bad'. Season 3 episode 22. Graduation Day Part 2. Didn't Willow and Oz have sex just before graduation?

I like the scene with Angel on phone pulling out the bullets while Wesley is just recovering from being knocked out. Two guys casually chatting while both are in pain.
