Wesley didn't trust anybody? Even people he knew he could trust because they had proven themselves in the past. He couldn't go to the group and say here is the prophesy it is a true one does anybody have any ideas on how we could interpret this differently? Even though it is true how could it be misleading? Could we all get together and send Conner away, making sure Angel does not know where, until we discover what is going on? Wesley does deserves forgiveness but he also deserves "punishment"/rehabilitation for his lack of faith.

I actually don't mind the background, or at least the color of the background. It's a nice change. Makes you look a little different, or maybe that's from the lighting.

Although I love watching your reactions, this is one of a few episodes that I seldom want to watch. I'm not sure why, but I guess part of it is because I'm just not into the Gunn/Fred relationship. Truthfully I just started to mute any scenes of them together. Like you said though, it is an interesting story. Trading your future just so you can be happy now.

I understand Fred’s reaction a little. She has a different understanding of her and Wesley’s relationship. She considers them friends and doesn’t understand why he didn’t come to her. He is in love with her and felt he couldn’t go to her because he felt isolated from the group due to Fred and Gunn’s relationship. (Hopefully that made sense)! Also, I think if Cordelia had been there prior, none of this would have happened. As you said, she empathizes with others. I believe she would have noticed Wes struggling and gotten him to confide in her.
