We were finally given the greenlight to go ahead and post the full digital versions of our zine artworks done for the Heartburn Zine and I wanted to share it here first!

Heartburn was my first zine, and pretty much was my gateway into doing zine work from late Nov last year till May this year (I got burnt out though sadly).
Looking back on this piece gives me an odd mix of happiness but also 'wow this was when I started to improve with drawing Endhawks' to 'what would I adjust and change now?'. Good memories though, and was a big boost in trusting that perhaps my art is worth something.

I am still especially proud of the Endeavor themed lube on the night table!

I was and still am always amazed at how you do the shading and the composition of colors. like the sheets, their clothes, the expression. its so spot on. keep doing what you doing ellie. I understand it can be rough sometimes, more than that even, but your improvement shows and you can be proud of it! def. keep doing!!

I'll be honest, references are the biggest help, with all of this, you can't draw what you don't know, nor can you sometimes render what you dont know. So I always have a moodboard with heaps of references to help me out! I sometimes forget to hit the timelapse record feature on Clip, but I'll try to do it more often so that the peeps here on patreon can sit and watch me struggle xD haha
