Censorship on certain platform (Patreon)

Although my account is marked as NSFW and 18+ and artpieces tend to be only available to members, Patreon wants censorship, so that's a big problem with this platform :c, thank you for your understanding. I say this taking into account what happened with Tallick's post, Patreon has hidden it saying that it does not comply with the Community Guidelines, I clarify that I am a NSFW artist who produces content for people over 18 years old, NOT FOR CHILDREN, the page is marked as for people over 18, even so I am forced to censor content that is not behind a paywall, I will not stop publishing content for free members on Patreon, but I will have to censor it unfortunately for this reason, but I will still publish uncensored pieces of erotical art on Deviantart and X, if any of you have any idea of another platform that I can use with less censorship and that can ensure only 18+ users can access my art with ease, I'm all ears.
