So European won the tiebreaker, HOWEVER, someone went and voted in the original poll and voted for India, so it is no longer tied. So rather than have a tiebreaker for the tiebreaker or just put my thumb on the scale, I'm thinking we'll do the following:

1. We'll vote up a new European character to be Clarissa's roommate, because you'll have more to vote on (seriously, India is the most populous country in the world, and every single woman I saw there has long hair. Except for Tibetan Buddhist nuns.)

2. Once we're done I'll pull a second Indian friend character out of nowhere, like I did with Maya when we created Kiana.
