Content

I’ve been working on a new system that solves one of the biggest limitations of sandbox-based projects: sharing content without friction.

Starting from the next E.V.E. update, scenes, characters, single assets, or entire folders will be exportable as a self-contained .zip package.

What this unlocks:

Standalone scenes that can be shared and played instantly by players

No missing dependencies

No setup headaches

No need to install multiple expansions

This system allows me to start releasing single playable scenes, not just large content packs.

For creators, it lays the groundwork for future community-made content that can be shared without technical barriers.

This is a structural feature, not a one-off tool. It’s part of the foundation for long-term content sharing inside E.V.E.

The exporter is already completed and will ship with the next update.

New Feature: One-Click Scene & Character Export (No Dependency Hell)

I’ve added a new export system designed to remove one of the biggest friction points in sandbox creation and sharing. With this new feature, scenes, characters, single assets, or entire folders can be exported as a single .zip file — fully packaged and ready to use. What this means in practice: If a scene is exported, the system automatically includes all required assets and dependencies Players no longer need to hunt for missing expansions or files Installing content becomes as simple as dropping the zip into the game Why this matters: This allows: creators to share standalone scenes or characters players to experience content instantly, without setup headaches me to start distributing single playable scenes instead of only large packs Download a scene → install → play. No missing assets. No broken setups. This system has been developed and will be available starting from the next E.V.E. update. It is designed to become the backbone for future content sharing inside the platform.
