About the New Advanced Sales Tax Settings (Patreon)

What do you think about it? Does this system really help to save patron's money or not at all? I'm just not sure if it makes sense to use these new settings for art tiers. But if you say "yes, it makes sense" I will fix the tiers :)

Reading info now. About “General Support” as a benefit. And it sounds like a good thing for patrons to save money (not for all countries but still). I hope I didn't get it wrong I'm too sleepy ^^' Correct me. There're so many things with % from this and from that so I'm confused. Should I just leave a "general support" for all? What do you think?
