Weekly Update (12-18-2023) (Patreon)

Finally finished writing the second section of the new content, it took a lot more than I expected, haha. I'm currently recouping energy before I move on. One thing I'm slightly torn about, in some ways it would be a good breakpoint after Section 2, so there's the temptation to wrap up this update here and release it (probably around the new year) once I've done the remaining parts (I still have combat design and playtesting). I need to give it a little bit of thought.

Considering that... Just since it would be useful to know, do you as players have a preference between a shorter update sooner (it's currently about 45k words) and a longer update that took longer to get out? I can't say for sure if I'll follow the prevailing sentiment, but I'll give it strong consideration.
