New Patron Guide + Patreon FAQ (Patreon)

ALL QUERIES MUST BE EMAILED: info@cremechii.com, our Patreon inbox is not managed frequently!

✿ Hello Everyone! I wanted to make a pinned post with everything in it to make things easier to navigate for new & existing patron's. I want to add to this when there are changes in the future as well.

If you're new, thank you so much for joining! Please have a look below to get yourself started✿

✿Important!!✿

All members please make sure you're in the correct tier.

If you are international it's crucial to be in the international tier as we don't do the single pin only for international members!

✿Navigation / Links✿

🌻[Digital Downloads]  - this tag has all downloadable items available to you depending on your pledge! Wallpapers can also be found directly under the "wallpaper" tag and icons under "icon pack". Please feel free to download anything from previous months too!

🌻[Icon Packs] -this tag is specifically for all icon packs available to you right now! Each post will have a link to the dropbox to download them. These will rotate out after 6 months so any older ones you'd need to get them on my Etsy or Ko-Fi.

✦ Please DO NOT distribute my downloads and ONLY use them for personal use✦

🌻[Tutorials] - this tag has all tutorial content from step-by-step to videos!

🌻[Brush Set] - click here for my brush set available to all digital kitty tier or higher members!

🌻[Monthly Stickers] - all previous month's of sticker club previews. I don't have a shop yet for them so please DM me on Patreon if you want to buy any of the ones you missed!

🌻[Photoshop Online] - if you ever need to edit a digital download (edit size/cropping to print etc.) and you don't have a program to do it, use this link! It's basically photoshop on a web browser.

🌻[Discord] - Please feel free to join the discord server if you haven't already! If you join by the link you won't get a Patreon role so please let me know your patreon name on the introductions page. Or you can send me a DM on Patreon!

*All of you also get a 10% off code to use on my store, this should have been sent to you by email! Please contact me by email if you didn't get it*

✿Patreon FAQ✿

Q: How do I change tiers on Patreon?

If you want to change tiers, go to my Patreon page and select "tiers". Simply click on the "join button" under the new tier you would like to join.

Q: Something is wrong with a digital download.

If you ever encounter an issue with a download, please email me about it! I'll help out as soon as I can!

Q: Can I get 2 sets of the stickers each month?

Yes! You can add onto your pledge for extras (like 2 sheets, 2 bundles etc), but please DM me here first before you do anything so I can let you know by how much.

Q: Can I buy previous items?

There will be updates about this on my shop, please stay updated by subscribing to our store updates cremechii.com or simple following on social media!

Q: When do you mail items?

All items are sent the month after you join! April items are sent in early May, May items are sent in June etc. Sometimes if we experience manufacturing delays we might bundle months, however this will be notified by a post on Patreon!

Q: How long does the mail take to arrive?

As of September 2021:

US residents - 3 days - 2 weeks (via USPS)

Everywhere else - 1 month average but up to 3 months

Pin club for everyone- ships out on following month (January items ship in February) and take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on location.

Q: I didn't receive my Patreon rewards

Please feel free to email us if you have any issues! (missing mail or damaged items)!

If you stop pledging and you didn't receive a package, you are welcome to email me at info@cremechii.com for missing items.

Q: Can I combine my shop order with my Patreon mail?

Unfortunately this is isn't always available but reach out to me ASAP if you want to do this and save on a shipping fee! I can have it organized <3

Q: Can I refund my pledge?

Please contact me ASAP by email if you want to do this. I am happy to do it for you if I haven't sent the items out yet!

However,  I don't do refunds for someone who just joined, only someone who has pledged for at least a month due to instant access on my brushes/digital downloads. I don't refund digital tier members sorry!

Q: I have a question but I don't want to bother you.

YOU WILL NEVER BOTHER ME! Please email me anytime and feel free to spam me if I don't reply, I will do my best to respond as soon as possible but don't feel bad, don't be shy. I am here to help <3
