Pin Club Update! Shipping info (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Thank you all once again for your amazing patience with pin club rewards💕

I’m having a meeting with my shipping partner tomorrow to see how things are going and what to do about tracking emails not arriving to some people (but pins are arriving thankfully from a couple feedbacks)

For January pins I believe they have all gone out, we are experiencing an issue with the emails so I do apologize if you didn’t get one but I assure you if you are on the mailing list and have paid they are sent. It might be that because items aren’t scanned yet ( USPS mail is a bit of a disaster lately, some items are just showing pre-transit) that the email isnt sent but we’re still investigating.

However if you’re missing previous pins from last year without tracking please let me know! I need to check up on this for you

And for Feb pins, my partner is working on getting them out this week & next BUT I was told there were a lot of defects (maybe due to a more complex design) so I have rushed to put an order in for more to make up for the missing amount. I don’t want to send B-grades to anyone so I’ve paid extra to have additional pins sent to me to get you the best quality.

Sticker club does go out on time (15-20th) every month but please allow up to 1 month for your items to arrive. EU members can potentially take a lot longer (2-3 months) but contact me if you are missing items after a long out of the timeframe.
