Shipping Updates! (Patreon)

Hi everyone! 

Just a quick post on shipping updates for your physical rewards!

🌻Jan and Feb pin club items ALL are shipped! 

Everyone by now should have tracking, I know there were some delays for some but they should all be done by now. IF you still didn't get an email please check your spam/junk, if it's not there please contact me!!

🌻Froggy pins - We will start to ship a few of them out in 2 weeks, there's about 100 that can't be sent out as they're missing backing cards. 

COVID in china has put most things on lockdown so my manufacturer is waiting on just the cards before they can send them to me. I estimate all froggy pins to be out before the end of April. 

I will keep you all updated as we go for this month. Some of you will also receive April sakura pins in your March bundle as we already have them on hand. 

🌻Sticker Club- March bundle has been mailed a week ago (or earlier). It takes about 1 month to arrive on average so keep an eye out! These mails are not tracked, so if they don't turn up in a month please contact me. 

I know some Aussies had some issues with mail for Feb but I've resent most of those, let me know if you haven't gotten your February items.

I'm so sorry for the delays that's been happening, even with planning things months in advance we had several changes because of the immense growth that happened these last few months. 

On top of that I haven't been very organized with updates and announcements. I'm blessed with how much patience all of you have with me and how kind you've all been. I'm truly sorry for any frustration or inconvenience. I'm working with my shipping partner to be more organized and get all your items out in an appropriate time frame once we have them. I'll also be more vocal about delays and updates on items from now. 

I think that working on both art and an IRL job has taken a toll on my organization and management which I was afraid to admit until I realized how much mistakes I was making. I honestly just can't wait to finalize my living situation so I can quit my work and focus solely doing my small business. 

 But in the meantime I promise I'll get everything in order and try to get things done properly! Thank you so much for being so kind and supportive with all my struggles. I hope everything will arrive safely for you all <3
