Shipping Updates & Changes! (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Here's our shipping schedule for this month and some changes coming in May

Sorry if it's a long read, feel free to skip  through parts and read the bolded texts!

🐸 March Sticker Club- Everything for members joining before the 18th was sent out late March, anyone who joined after is getting theirs this month. 

🌸 April Sticker Club- Scheduled to send by 25/04 for everyone who joined on or before the 19/04 (AEST), I sent all the data yesterday to my US partner! For Aussie members if you join after you'll still make the mailing,  I'll be posting them this Friday for you and have will check for new members 

🐸 March PIN Club- Scheduled to send by 25/04! Some members who joined on the very last day will not get their items until May, this is because we were full and I likely won't have enough pins. I do order more than the required amount but this number is subject to change based on B-grade amounts.

🌸 April Sticker Club- Scheduled to send by 25/04 with March pins, we're early this month because my April pins came together with the March ones! Anyone who joined before today will have their pins sent this date as we are full!! <3 Anyone who has joined after 20/04 will get later shipments in around May as I'm doing restocks for requested extra slots.

May Rewards & Updates! 🐋

We've grown so much in the last few months it's honestly overwhelming and I'm so grateful for all your support. For those who are new, welcome and thank you for joining! As some of you might know I'm in a bit of a stressful IRL situation where I need to work full-time to fufill my visa requirements (as soon as I get it settled though I can quit and focus 100% on art again) AND we need to relocate pretty far which I'm currently in the middle of trying to handle.

I apologize that a lot of this may affect my scheduling on getting rewards out for Patreon but I will still do my best to get everything done and keep you all updated.

For May we are having an Underwater 🐋 Theme! I am still deciding if I want make it pure underwater or a bit of a starry/constellation x water theme since the pin has those aspects. I'll reveal the pin later in the week!

May rewards are scheduled to ship the usual month after you join, so our next pin club is going out in June. 

Regarding changes- We will no longer ship rewards for the month that we're in (so May goes out in June, June goes out in August etc.). And here's why:

I know sticker club usually goes out the month you join but I noticed a few significant issues in the last week of troubleshooting with this. Usually I just check for anyone who joined past a certain date and send the late ones the following month BUT this sadly doesn't work for people who upgrade their tier late into the month. Your name does not show up in the chronological order, it will appear much further down and muddled in with all other members because patreon sorts by join date when you  FIRST  joined. There is no "upgrade" date or when you actually join the tier. So I actually missed a fair amount of mail for a couple people who upgraded late into the month, thank you for reaching out about this!

So from May onwards Sticker Club will aim to ship in the first week of every month after you join. You can join anytime and your package will be sent the first week of the next month. Once we get May pins (it'll have up to September I believe), we can do the same for Pin club, everything out first week of a following month! I hope that's okay and understandable, I just don't want to miss out on sending anyone's package.
