kevin hollis
>>105479204

Thank you! I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask, I was a sub for over a year but took a break from printing while moving. Is there anyway to be upgraded sooner or will I need to wait the full 3 months? Thank you again

Geoffro
>>106563358

Site was down for a few hours sorry, (literally the ***** only few hours I was asleep of course lol.. it couldnt have happend 10 minutes earlier .... no.. it happens 10 mins after i am in bed and then 3 hours later when i wake up im like.. omg cmon.. Was just a silly error on my part trying to make things faster , lesson learned dont make important site changes when you are 3/4 asleep

Geoffro
>>106563358

I think considering though, I have a pretty good track record of keeping it up and running... as you can see thats once in how long? I cant remember the last time

Geoffro
>>108178908

I’ve read the support emails they sent you, it sounds like you didn’t, can you please check your spam mail inbox? ive personally logged into your account, there is no issue other than you havent logged into it yourself

Geoffro
>>112706373

Geoffro

Geoffro
>>117994573

Geoffro

Geoffro
>>118362626

I have just created a new user account, email should arrive, your account on the depot no longer existed, if you had tried to create a new one using your existing email it would have allowed you to

Geoffro
>>119431644

Hi Ron, this is the ENTIRE point of the Veteran reward system. You deleted your subscription before achieving that member benefit.

Wesley Phillips

When do you receive the confirmation email to log into the depot

Geoffro
>>120279159

there are no users on the member site who signed up using manufactur3d@******** which is your email address for patreon, nothing else would have worked as stated. I will pass this on they will create the account for you.

michael waite

When do you receive the confirmation email to log into the depot

Flight Jones

How long does the activation take? I subbed this morning and would love to get to work!

What is the best way to slice a helmet to fit on a Neptune 3 pro?

Magpulx720

Sooooo, how long do I have to wait to have my subscription activated

Geoffro
>>138556746

yes, as per the post you need to kindly wait for it to be activated. it all comes down to how fast email notifications come from here

Geoffro
>>138556746

Your email address here does not exist on the membersite, and since we did not delete your old account that would indicate you possible at some point have changed your email address, your message has been responded to so we'll forgo the email.

MrPorkChop

For some reason I can't find any of these files in the member section and the chat for me is not working.

Jack Masters

Antonio Romero

I haven’t been able to login for months yet still paying 10$ month. Tried emailing support but no reply.

Geoffro
>>159995757

But you did not try and email them before 6:45am my time this morning? we have no emails from you except the ones you sent this morning - or any from that email address or name. You have sent 2 emails ever to the support email, one at 6:45am our time this morning, and a second one at 7:30am. And then came here and complained not long after that, we try and get back to everyone as fast as we can but 45 mins is a bit rough mate. The account is active, you just need to login using your username which is Kingtone1981

Gordo Robinson

Where are the new models and how do I download them? I've been paying for my membership since December but haven't received any files and the most recent post on your Patreon is this one from October. Please advise.

Geoffro
>>162478190

Good afternoon! I am excited to be rejoining the Hex 3D team, I sent two emails this morning ( also. only registered this morning ) but just curious as to long it will take to active my account. :)) look forward to sharing my prints with everyone

Geoffro
>>163267354

Hi John, sorry mate im not seeing a current subscription for you, says you are on a cancelled subscription, you need to be an active member, please sign up again (it does not charge you twice)

Ahti Nurme

Hi! Already wrote you a week ago about re-enabling my account, but still no reply and access. Please re-open my account.

Jamie Rafferty

I've joined the site and sent an email :) Look forward to joining the team long term hopefully if all goes well!

Watkins 3D Creations

So this is different, with most creators we subscribe to we get access directly upon subscribing to them. I have registered on the other site. How long does it take before we get access?

Shawn Hamilton
>>167182595

I down loaded every file available for the shield. Finding your Prey shield in the release was a shock. Your design is the best I’ve found you really knocked it out the park. The design on the back of the shield was a wonderful touch. Do you know how big the shield is once printed?

Dale Scott

Just signed up and registered. Looking forward to having access to the content.

Cédric

Subscribed, created my account on hex3dpateon.com and was activated in less than one and half hour! I already have more than 350 projects available (including Star Wars droids!!!). I'm waiting for all the others in 3 months! :D Thanks!

J mcmillan

been waiting days for my account to be reactivated fixing to just cancel

I just joined. How do I find print files ie) he man wig

IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE LOGGING IN TO THE MEMBER SITE PLEASE EMAIL SUPPORT, WE HAVE STAFF THERE TO HELP YOU, THEY DO NOT READ MESSAGES HERE AND I DO NOT READ THEM EVERY DAY - EMAIL PATREONSUPPORT@HEX3D.COM or you can also email HELP@HEX3D.COM

AaronA

Just registered on the site. Can't wait to get the files!

Bonnie Butler

Ive now paid twice and still received nothing- still says my account is inactive...Only thing I received was sarcasm.

Geoffro
>>172942496

ahh cmon Bonnie, lets be accurate, there was a large amount of activity on your account when you signed up which hindered the process, you deleted your subscription before it could even be activated and then it rolled into May, meaning your april subscription was no longer there anyway. If you had not gone in and physically deleted the subscription (which is not something that cannot be accidentally done, they have sure made it that way here on patreon, not my doing) So please, give us a chance, this was very much not a normal sign up or account history. 2025-05-03 Paid 2025-05-03 Downgraded 2025-05-03 Declined 2025-05-01 Deleted 2025-05-01 Paid 2025-05-01 Downgraded 2025-04-30 Declined

Christopher Fry

Any clue on when I'll have access? I subscribed at around 1:20 AM on 6/5/2025, registered on the main site, then went to bed. In the morning, still nothing. Waited till around mid morning, sent off an email to PATREONSUPPORT@HEX3D.COM. Still waiting for an email back. Should I still wait, or should I start spamming the email for the access I've already paid for?

Geoffro
>>176353769

Sorry chris, let me look into it, im also 12 hours ahead of you if you're in the u.s

Ohana3Dprints

Cannot wait to get these files! Looking forward to getting printing :-)

Greg

Loving it so far, as always! Great stuff! Thank you, Geoff. As a suggestion, have you ever done the melty gold skull from Black Sails or any piratey stuff aside from Jack Grogu (which I love btw)?

Douglas Palermo

Hey I've been subbed for a few months and i am still unable to access my account. I have emailed both accounts listed and my account is still inactive from my first sub and i am unable to reset the password. Thanks

Rita Desmedt

What a pain to log in and see the files. I can't get into the "members depot" and keep getting a different message. With all my other Patreons, I was able to start within five minutes after paying my membership. If I read some messages here, there are members who have been waiting weeks to be activated. This isn't how Patreon works. So, I'm going to unsubscribe after only being a member for half a day. Thanks.

Geoffro
>>184086008

Hi Douglas, sorry mate might have just been an inactive thing, it should be ok now

Javier Gonzalez

Hi, I can't access to my account, I have sent e request email, but no answer.

James Blancas

Hello, I’ve emailed both support links and haven’t heard back in regards to reactivating my account.

Mark Morgan

So many cool prints. Thank you for all you do.

Jared Shearer

Thanks for all your hard work Geoff. All the best for 2022.

Stefany Baez

I'm so glad I finally found your account! Your models are just amazing. I can't wait to get past the 3-month mark to see all your other files!

Geoffro
>>76974952

Welcome! its not actually that long :) you would be looking around the start of march ;) i give a couple days grace due to time zones, so you made it in time :)

James

I just logged in today after doing some week long training with the army and it says my group full access was removed, not sure why it did that. can someone reactivate that.

Jay
>>78219070

patreonsupport@hex3d.com if its not fixed yet please email the support mate.

Frederick marks

Does anyone know how to get the B'omarr monk files? I'm not getting any messages replied back.

Geoffro
>>79110359

You only sent me a message about it yesterday tho and on here messages are delayed by about 7 hours. Use the patreonsupport@hex3d.com please. Please also read the FAQ located next to this months downloads regarding when accounts are upgraded.

Titans_Revenge

Not sure if I am part of the glitch or not, but not only did it remove full access, it removed starter access too

WildWolfKreations

Anyway to point me to the Falkor design ? I have just activated my account .

Geoffro
>>79335298

pretty sure i just activated your account, look under the chat box in this months downloads

Paul

Hi I have just joined and made the account on Members Depot do i need to do anything else to get the files please.. sorry i am rubbish at all this :(

Adam

id like to down load something but i dont know where to go to find the standard package list

Bert

Hello, I am a member and I can't access my account and. I should have access to all files at this point. I can't even login. Can you help please?

Jesse Burson

Joined last night awaiting authentication. Can't wait to print some of these. Got a new printer coming today! It's addictive and no hangover.

Frank Jamison

I don't want to roll over into another month if the owner is unresponsive.

Geoffro
>>80359241

I am responsive and in your case, you signed up Yesterday. You also unfortunately did not follow the instructions correctly and did not register on the member site using the same email address as you use here, or possibly misspelt it.

Joey bourg

im a past member im looking for the total deluxe boba armor cant find it any help

Geoffro
>>81799875

The activation is not instant, it can take between 0 and 4 hours depending on when patreon feel like telling me you have subscribed.

Christina E Kuhn

Hi We just requested access and are a member here. Sales@sendit-llc.com thank you

Geoffro
>>82089140

your account was activated, but I am yet to see you log into it. Please check your spam mail inbox if you do not see the activation email. You signed up at 4am my time so it took a couple of hours to get yours done as I was asleep sorry

Geoffro
>>82282395

please check the welcome email you got when you signed up, it contains all the links

Petros Kyriakou

Hi, i registered but i haven't got accessed yet, its been two days. Email 9pitops@gmail.com

Jay
>>83105000

Hey Petros , welcome to the patreon . there is a time difference for geoff and the rest of the word please remember there is also a support email for any issues patreonsupport@hex3d.com

Geoffro
>>83105000

Hi, I have just done another activation, please let me know if you do not receive it. Please understand you joined the patreon during its monthly cycle. Every month, for a period of 12 hours we do not get notified a new member has joined, you happened to join on this day. This is nothing we have control over unfortunately, its just the fact you joined while patreon themselves were processing the monthly payments from all patreons, not just ours - so on the last day of the month / the first day of the new month, both this place runs really slow and also our notifications are extremely delayed. I don't get a new message notification here for around 4 hours this is why I ask users to contact me on the member depot or use the patreonsupport@hex3d.com in your welcome email

derVagant

Steven McStoots

I can't seem to find the articulated alligator Loki on the site

Sommer Slagle

Have you ever made a hummingbird?

Sommer Slagle

I am sorry if I offended you in some way, but I am still subscribed to you for one month. I have to make sure I have the funds to afford you and others for next month.

Geoffro
>>84253005

I'm not offended, unfortunately you did not read the instructions which do tell you you need to be subscribed to access files, you deleted your subscription immediately after you joined which did not allow us to activate your account. We are more than happy to refund your membership or you can sign up again (it will not charge you for this month again) and you can be activated, all up to you my friend.

Robert burkeen

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE ZIP FILES INTO STL FILES?

Geoffro
>>84298875

use 7zip,. please read the FAQ on the member depot, it gives you a link to 7z

Jeremy Vagner

just wanted to make sure my email was right jeremyvagner14@gmail.com

randall davis ii

Afternoon Geoff, I had posted on here last week trying to get help in accessing the member portal I got the email that told me my access to it needs to be approved and I haven’t got a another email from you granting my access to your website could you please give me an update my email on that is bossman740@gmail.com

Geoffro
>>84623717

bossman740@gmail.com does not exist on patreon still, as I said you need to update your email address here to bossman

randall davis ii
>>84623717

I logged into the member portal today I’ve been looking at A few of your designs what it tells me you do not have the required permissions to view these files attached to this post do I need to upgrade or am I missing something thanks for your help

randall davis ii

Geoff I read new member letter in the starter pack I think I am reading this right and it says I should be able to down prints in this start pack until I reach my 3 months to gain fill access but when I click on one of the prints to review it it tells me that I don’t have The required permissions to view the files attached. Can you please let me know if I got this right or and I in the wrong files?

Westley Bracamontes

Just joined. I've read great things about your models! can't wait to start printing! Thanks for the hard work.

Geoffro
>>85266689

ill check for you mate, in future please email patreonsupport@hex3d.com for the fastest response

RichWoman

i want that where i can download file?

Darryl Sorensen

i have been away for 4-6 months and am trying to renew my depot account now that i have paid 2 months to the patreon., i would think i should be able to at least get current access.

Geoffro
>>92736792

Hi Daryl, you had access but we had an issue with stored passwords a little while back, Jay who also works on support has been off sick this week and our response times have been much slower than average I apologize, I have reset your account there and im hoping you received an email

Geoffro
>>87804602

We tried to help you on the facebook page also when you complained there but you did not respond. The link is literally in the post above here (and the welcome email you got)

Geoffro
>>87804602

Sorry Jazmine, I was talking to Devo O! not sure why they decided to jack in on your comment :)

Chris Oviedo

I was a member for 8 consecutive months before I had to cancel due to financial reasons at the time I had full access to the depot. I have since resubscribed to the patreon. Do have to wait for 3 months to regain access, or will I be reinstatement

Geoffro
>>92785298

Honestly, we did not expect to have to support so many users and files (sure we hoped) but never actually thought it would happen, so the new site we are building will rectify alot of those issues.

Geoffro
>>93805806

the time between you leaving and joining would not be fair to other members who stayed to put you back on full access immediately, this is why we now have the veteran status so people can work to keeping that benefit regardless of when they come or go.

Jonathan Siehler

Just FYI. Yoda Ring and Giftbox file is corrupt or something. That's what it keeps saying when I download it anyways. I downloaded a couple of other files to make sure it wasn't on my end.

brian boyer

where can I get the baby Yoda Statue of Liberty?

Christian Schmitz

Hello all, first month with you and with a printer so am excited to get stuck in. My daughter has seen the Spyro picture in this months pack and asked me if I could print it but I cannot find it in the members area. Any idea / help? Sorry if I am being blind. Thanks :)

Geoffro
>>97510202

very possibly, cults have become really slack lately removing stolen content

Geoffro
>>97371856

this is in the full access section at the start of your third month, which sounds like it will be pretty soon
