Is it possible to make the lighting actually illuminate the surroundings, or is that something that's happening in E13?

ultimateimmersion

Unfortunately the PTGI E12 is not scripted like that at the core so we'll have to wait until E13 for illumination improvements.

I've also started getting an exit code when it crashes "Process crashed with exit code -1073740791" I don't have any other mods installed, and all other resource packs are disabled. It loads into the main menu fine, and when I go into a world, I stay frozen at spawn and nothing is rendered. 15-20 seconds later, it crashes. Was wondering if this is something on my end or if you know of a way to fix this.

Looks like your GPU can't handle the load. What's your GPU and have you tried it with any other shader? PTGI is really intense especially on x2048. I'd suggest testing with SEUS Renewed if it loads up. Also try optimizing your rendering distance to minimum and use minimum shader settings at first and also smaller windowed mode window.

I have an EVGA RTX 2070. I think it's an issue with my memory because I was able to run it with 2048x textures at 30-40fps 2 or 3 times, then it started crashing. I'm running it on 1024x now and it works until I load any additional 1024x or higher resource packs.

What should I do if the texture pack doesn't apply?

ultimateimmersion

I'm trying to solve this x2048 issue ine v1.7 which should be out tomorrow. I will split the packs because most PCs are unable to load whole 1,7Gb of textures in such high resolution because of the limited engine and Optifine system.

Jeb_E _Soo

I applied it, but now I get an openGL error. What should I do?

ultimateimmersion

I am well aware of this error, it's sadly a OpenGL limit. I submitted the bug to Optifine but I'm also trying to resolve this by splitting this pack to multiple packs so you will only load what you need. Please wait until tomorrow when I release an update version.

Jeb_E _Soo

Oh, I see. I'm sorry but can you upload it a little earlier?

Jeb_E _Soo

You don't have to do that if you don't want to.
