v1.12.2 has been discontinued because it offers less compatibility for future development. You can DM me your email and I can send the last v2.3 to you.

the hinge on the door appears at the bottom, and when it rains outside, it also rains inside, and the floor fills with water, you can also see the drops falling on the floor. Is there a way to fix this?

You need to build this door one block higher since it's 3 blocks high and Minecraft model limit is only 2 blocks so I had to go in the negative on Y axis to extend this model to 3 blocks. As for the rain that's the job for the shader developer since rain is shader based. I can't do anything about it.
