For some reason the glass has a water animation. Im using Seus PTGI HRR shaders. Any way to fix this?

Use E12 it has a way better lightning overall than both hrr combined

I have a problem with the shader pack. When I am using Seus PTGI Shaders, the glass is moving as water would. https://imgur.com/a/VQANYuU The glass that isn't working/rendering properly is the window door glass. Can you tell me how to fix this bug? Also, for the "Tarmac Road" block, it says "Reload resource pack with f3+t". I tried that, but it still showed that message.
