I'm curious how many times Jenny actually goes to Disneyland each month.

Miri

I am so excited for Any! But omg SCPs🥺💕💕

Shaun Cheah

If anyone's wandering why the Uncut 4-Hour Review of TROS is not here, I can try to explain in the replies but the short version is it was suggested, but there was an explanation that I think was very fair, and the Space Snake was put up instead. Anyway hyped to watch the contest between Surprising Movies and Disneyland Vlog. Rooting for the latter!

lain harley

I know nobody's gonna vote for it but now that I've seen the option I'm honestly really curious about your music taste

Juha Tuisku

For the D-Land Vlog topic, would it be possible to ask it to start from the alarm clock and end in "good night" : )

Evan Wachholz

I don't know if voting for the "you're a bad car" is immoral or not, but I really hope it wins.

Spencer Hastings

How does one suggest a ramble topic (i am in the right tier i just don’t know how to put forth a topic)

Shaun Cheah

A message is usually sent out near the end of each month (though this one was late). Just reply to that with the topic you'd like to suggest. If there's an issue, you'll get a reply and a chance to suggest an alternate. Otherwise, you'll know it's in when you see it in the poll.

jinsgoldenratio

Thank you to whoever suggested Dune and SCPs. Someday we might win 😞

Shaun Cheah

I've tried to explain twice but twice the message vanished. I suspect it's because I included a link to a tweet? I'll try again without it: Basically there's not much of value that was cut. But also the stuff that was cut was cut for a reason (it wasn't good enough, basically), and releasing an uncut version would be releasing what amounts to a worse version of the same video. Also, there was a tweet where it was mentioned how the movie made her cry at one point during the review and that was definitely not making the cut, which was cited in comments and replies pushing for the full uncut version, so there was also an element of some people wanting to see something that was uncomfortable and never intended to be seen, which is very not cool and shouldn't be encouraged. I should've considered these factors more heavily when initially promising people that I'd propose the topic. The desire for a behind-the-scenes look shouldn't've outweighed Jenny's own opinion on the work (it was the most perfect version and anything more would make it worse) and most importantly her right to privacy of expression. I think it's vital as fans that we understand that we're not entitled to anything and so there's some things that we're just never going to see. But hopefully a vlog of the average day at Disneyland is not one of those things.

For sure-fire *eventual* victory, join the Animal Topics Coalition! With small adjustments like "Dune, the planet of sandworms" and "SCPs and other mysterious zoos," these topics will become animal-related, making future victory inevitable.

Steve Ray

An SCP is a potentially dangerous creature or object contained in a safe location, like a mystery in a zoo.

Steve Ray

Plus now "Space Snakes & Horse Girl" makes this a DOUBLE Animal Topic!!!!

Steve Ray

Of course it's moral -- many people are bad cars, and so are many cars! This video will give society an easy way to put them On Notice.

Shaun Cheah

Apparently acronyms are pronounced like words, so NASA is an acronym while NSA is just an initialism. SCP is an initialism that stands for "Secure. Contain. Protect." which happens to be the Foundation's mission statement, basically.

David Arceneaux

check out the greatest hits at the SCP Wiki, and you've got the recipe for loads of creepypastas

James Murphy

Conquering Insecurities / Proper Snake Storage!

Andrew Craig Burger

Less interested in Fantastic Beasts getting fixed now that JK Rowling is a terf.

Ilya Nepomnyashchiy

I may have voted for the bad car one only because the suggestion made me laugh for like a solid minute but I'm going to feel so bad if it wins.

Josh Draper

I didn't vote for "You're a bad car," but I will not be upset in the slightest if it wins.

Steve Ray

It might be easier to list the number of times she leaves Disneyland each month.

Steve Ray

Ravi, trying to conceal a past decision is like rolling back an odometer. You're A Bad Car.

Daniel Anderson

I don't think I've laughed harder in the past month than after reading the bad car suggestion, my god.

Shred Cadmium

“Stares Dispassionately” is a brilliant suggestion. I think it was that moment during Better Disney Theme Park Movies when I was going through the back-catalogue and I finally realised: this person is a bona fide genius. 🧠 Other favourite moments: 5 Force lightning during Episode VIII Wishlist 4 “Ah try to see the good in this world,” from Westworld Sales Pitch 3 The casting-decision “no!” from Fantastic Beasts Script Doctor 2 That little look after changing ‘mom’ to ‘mum’ in Trapped On A Blizzard With Jennifer Lawrence 1 “Pennywise has one weakness. Physical trauma.”

Ravi Pillalamarri

I don't understand the reference so I wouldn't waste my time.

Andrew L Butula

I remember the tweet you're talking about, and I believe Jenny said she'd just started filming, said something about being over her feelings about TRoS, then started crying. On the one hand I entirely get not wanting that out on the internet forever. On the other hand I'm jealous that even her genuine emotions have killer comedic timing.

Eric MacMillan

I would love to see the monthly ramble go on a field trip to Disneyland!

Bryan Sutton

A modification on the "You're a bad car" idea could be Jenny reading through comments on the "Better Disney Theme Park Movies", and calling everyone who makes a comment that isn't their car name a bad car.

Sordahon

SCP is a collection of government document-style creepypasta type things on a wiki, interesting stuff

Steve Ray

That link starts the video at the beginning...is there a MM:SS we should look at?

Michael DeBellis

Just a modest suggestion: I think Jenny should just pick the topic that she most wants to ramble about and do that. That way the top patrons still get something extra: they submit the topics and we lesser patrons get to see it but I think the videos would be more fun (both for her to make and us to watch) if Jenny just picks what she most feels like rambling about.

Daniel Richardson

Why does the "you're a bad car" suggestion just sound like someone's kink they're really trying to make happen? =|

Shaun Cheah

This patreon page has a long history of democracy. If there's anything that shouldn't be rambled about, it's vetoed at the suggestion phase. So any topic here is already a topic deemed worth a ramble. Plus the people are already paying for the right to vote. To disenfranchise them at this point would be both anticapitalist and antidemocratic. Plus you're proposing removing power from the lower class to redistribute it into the hands of the already most powerful, so it's also antisocialist and autocratic. In summary, maintaining the current ramble poll status quo is a bipartisan issue and the only argument I see against it is that of a Bad Car, or perhaps a monarchist.

Anonymous

I had a suggestion get vetoed once. Jenny had a very nice and complete explanation of why she had to do it. Class act, that lady is.

Steve Ray

Like dogcatchers' nets, all Ramble topics are completely normal in this universe and not sexual.

Pj Martin

"Bad car" could definitely be the next "how to name a horse"

Steve Ray

Agreed. Given that most animals have neither windows nor doors, and rarely exceed 1 HP, the ATC thus officially endorses "You're A Bad Car" as implicitly animal-related.

Lost Johnny

I know what i'm voting for, hint I'm a bad car.

Erik Stevenson

This is a straight A+ list of options.
