Semi-Annual Feedback - EOY 2023 (Patreon)

Hey guys, it's that time of year again for customer feedback. If you're new or weren't here around the time of the last one, I wanted to start doing something on a semi annual basis where I can get your feedback on the patreon and see any growing pains or desires you guys might have. I've opted to create a form where you can just submit anonymously.

It's a short form, I don't want to overwhelm you guys or take up all your time, so if you get a moment to fill it out please do. If not, that's cool too and I'll just take it as a sign to keep doing what I'm doing haha. The form closes on December 25th, so if you plan to get feedback in, please do so by then.
