IMMEDIATELY the first thing i clocked from ro was that she was so much like shane from the l word LOL… very almost self sabotaging in her actions and just the general vibe of how she acts in certain situations or towards certain people reminds me of her soooooo much 😭 i also see so many people comparing her to nana which i ended up shooting you an instagram dm about because… i dont see it very much? i understand the comparisons between both ro and nana being rockstars and them both giving off more butch traits but in the same way they are not alike at all… (you truly are never beating the allegations LOL) i like to think i got into heartstrings pretty early on (before spoiled dropped… good times [it was literally this year] ) and i just want to say i have been completely enamored by it since my girlfriend first showed it to me. the authenticity of the characters and the way they are all written is just so different from anything i see nowadays and its so refreshing to not be completely bombarded with extremely toxic abusive relationships in sapphic media and find an artist who is genuinely immersed in similar medias that i am and is just SUCH a cool person SPOILERS !! i think even with what you have planned with ro getting into this fight because of her morals is so authentic and honestly just kind of a cool thing to see that i have personally never seen done before. its a little scary to try and tackle subjects like that, but out of a ton of people i trust that you will do it well!! i am so so excited to see how the story of heartstrings goes and what you and your wife have planned 🫶

Thank you so much for this video ❤️ I'm so happy to have found Heartstrings, not only for yuri content but for how it's written and how you characterize people. It made me quite sad to realize that, between Isi and Ro, the person who is more in touch with her true self is Ro. To maintain her status quo, Isi is forced to be and live as the public wants, adopting a voice that isn’t entirely her own (I loved the detailed of the beautiful but il personal house). I hope this is just a phase (as others have been) and that she manages to reconnect with what she truly feels and wants deep down. And maybe Ro can help during the process 🥰 Will Isi make it? Is this question too much “spoliery”? Thank you ❤️

I feel like if you're writing from the heart and being mindful of your impact you're going to make something that will land for most people. Some topics set people off because of their own experiences but I'm personally always grateful for art that's honest and speaks to important issues. Broaching toxicity in the punk/emo scene is super worth discussing even if some people don't like it. I'm really excited for the next few chapters 💕
