Some context:

This is the closest adult series I've done so far to canonically fitting into the main comic.

Charlotte and Ernest has had sex once before this.

It'll be even more obvious in episode 3 but Charlotte's never fooled around with anyone before Ernest.

Currently this scene would fit near the end of episode 5. Ernest has met Charlotte's ex-fiancé by this point.
