WEBTOON - Mature Content (Patreon)

As many of you may or may not know, WEBTOON is going to implement an age rating system. Chrildren- teen (13 +) -young adults (16+) and mature (18+).

And while that sounds okay in theory and a good way to protect children from harmful content, if a series is deemed mature it’s more or less “p*rn”. The WEBTOON is going to disappear from the searchability /from everywhere, and only those older than 18 will be able to know its existence.

And while here on Patreon things are more explicit, on the WEBTOON they are as mild as they can be for a romance comic. But, just bc of my Patreon promotion there, they will deem my Webtoon mature. Meaning, no one under 18 will be able to find/let alone read it. And I live with the money from the ads, it’s my revenue, a way to pay my rent… if they do that, when my comic isn’t even mature I’m going to lose so many views and most of my income…

 I really don’t know what to do, I feel devastated… they don’t let me upload unless I change it to mature…
