THIS COULD BE A TINY SPOILER! So skip if you want.

\/ Scroll to read.

You remember the Bolridge? The big beast of a creature?

Well, I've deleted a big scene and am now second-guessing my decision.

SPOILER

The lore behind them is that they were once great human warriors who died ages ago, but have now been reborn into a Bolridge. As a Bolridge, they will be offered a "rider" whom they will either accept or reject. They may even grow attached to their rider.

QUESTION I HAVE FOR YOU IS;

Not to spoil too much, but there was a scene where his old human form was revealed.

Is it better to keep his old human form a mystery, or show what he once looked like?

It sounds like it adds some setting depth to the story as well as providing background on a specific Bolridge. If that's the case, I'd hope you keep it in. If it doesn't add anything to the story - for instance, doesn't lead into the Bolridge/rider relationship or underscore the Bolridge's behavior - let it remain deleted. Or course, leaving it undeleted means more art for us, which is always welcome!

Agreed with the first comment. If it adds to the story or to the development of a specific bolridge, and/or helps to explain his behaviors, then definitely keep it in.

So far, looks like a solid for keeping it in... so to speak...
