contemplation (Patreon)

I've been doing a lot of self-reflection lately. Questioning my motivations, my reasoning, my relationships with people around me, my priorities, my word choices, my aesthetic preferences, everything. 

It's overwhelming, but I know its the first step of a huge amount of work that I (and all white people in the US) need to do to bring true equality to our society, justice for those who have been lost, and reparations for those who have survived. 

Are you doing the same kind of work right now? I would love to hear about it. I want to hear what your experiences have been, what changes you're committing to within yourself, and what actions you are taking going forward to make changes. I plan on being open with you as I come to these decisions too.
