another daydream I find myself in often is imagining how many shapes I can create with myself, how many new positions can I find, and it becomes self critical when I start thinking I'm not "artsy" enough. Honestly, I do use the same poses alllll the time. I've noticed that there are some that just feel safe, even in situations where I'm a little uncomfortable.

and then I remember, I don't need to conform to others' ideas of artsy. the challenge I put to myself is to satisfy myself. so yes, I do want to expand my pose repertoire, but sometimes breaking out some dramatic new pose won't be feasible or comfortable, and I must accept that for myself too.
