Hello fantastic friends!

Hope everyone is doing well!!!

Some of you have asked for quick prints, small prints, in order to release a larger quantity of items rather than large pieces that take longer to produce.

Since the quintessential item of the holiday season is the Christmas ornament, I decided to release a first batch of five that are somewhat inspired by last year's models, namely the gingerbread house and the gingerbread train.

And my better half is already in love with them of course! As a result, we went and bought a 4th Christmas tree this afternoon especially for them! And guess now who has to print a multitude of them?! 😂😂😂

This project is again, very easy to print.

-No Supports are needed

-Can be done on any kind of printer

-Of course, they are mini compatible in size (A1 minim Prusa Mini or any other mini printer)

-All the parts are placed in the right orientation for printing

-BambuLab project file included pour each one of them

-Some color change are nedded but nothing complicated. For those who are not familiar with color changes, this can be done with any kind of printer, no need for a multicolor printer and i will be pleased to help you if you want some links or information regarding this.

-To give you an idea of the size, each model was made with a 45-50mm length in mind.

You will find in the folder three 3d ornaments and two flat ornaments.

Some assembly instructions are provided for the 3d ones, but believe me, once you get used to it, it doesn't even take 1 minute to put together. Its really super easy to do!

In any case, if you have any questions/problems regarding the project, feel free to send me a private message!

Have fun my friends! Will be back soon with another great model!

Amy

I can't seem to find this in Dropbox. The only thing I see that would be close is the Christmas 2024 - Mini Christmas Village.

Koann

I dont have a drop box. How do I get the files to download them? i paid the subscription.

Patrick

I printed the train this morning. As you said it was a fast print and easy build.

Heather Cook

Thanks! I will be printing these all weekend

Jake Flynn

I see it in there named CHRISTMAS 2024 - MINI GINGERBREAD ORNAMENTS

Gabrielle Whitehead

Thanks, apparently what it said about being able to access some links without a paid subscription is not true. The link is locked to me since I have not "upgraded". Thanks for your help though!

Mike Rawald

Anyone else having issues with the train parts fitting too tight?

Julie Anne Culp

What filament are you using for that perfect sugar cookie color? Thanks!

Amy

Thank you. I found it after I looked again.

Emese Kisfaludy

They are really beautiful, thank you! May I suggest a small modification? The gingerbread star starts with "icing", and then comes the "gingerbread" layer. Maybe you could change the two and let the snowflake be the same color as the contur color. What do you think?

Natasha Klein

CUTE CUTE! Any suggestions for gingerbread colored filament? Thanks

Jules Frazier

I'm now on my third try with the white train cylinder inserts. They won't fit through the ring/cow catcher. 99.5% didn't work, trying 99% now. And I'll have to bump the windows down too, they are too big. All printed on Bambu printers.

Mike Rawald

Thanks for the response! I thought I was the only one having issues..

Sharon Devereux

These went down fantastic on my stall today. I'm selling them as a set of 5. One thing though, That is holly, not mistletoe. Sorry.

Greeneyes

What brand and colour are people using for the gingerbread colour please? X

Aaron Mengle

I used the following and seems to come out really great looking, hope it helps! Bambu Matte - Latte Brown Bambu Basic - Red Bambu Basic - Mistletoe Green Bambu Basic - Black Bambu Basic - Jade White

FYI, I think I solved my problem. My A1 Mini was suffering from the loose nozzle backplate problem and other prints were turning out awful. I fixed it, reprinted the train fronts and everything fit. I had already resized the boiler disks smaller on the z axis to make them fit but I suspect they suffered from the same problem.

Natalie Wilson

ZIRO PLA PRO Brown - perfect shade for the gingerbread

Mrstrikerace

Really loved these. Printing quite a few. Thank you.

Having major issues with the rings as well - they seem too big for the train and its taking a lot of force to get them in. May try sizing them down but my fingers hurt from trying to force them in

Mike Rawald

Just make them thinner and chop off the tab by adding a negative volume over it. They’ll go in much easier without it.

Mike Dunne

These are adorable!! Im a new sub after finding a design on cults. OMG Little did I know there was soooo many of these amazing projects to create!! Im just sad I've only just found these. Is there any chance of a Small Wagon the same size as the train so I can have a small version to match the large loco 😁

Andy Ehgartner

hello, do you also have a gingerbread man? I would be very happy

PA1 MAKER

Hi Andy Not yet unfortunately! I will try to see if i have the time to do one before Christmas. ;)

Claudia Schaible

Is there anyway to put a loop on the back of the misletoe to turn it into a button? I have looked everywhere for garment buttons for the hoildays and these are perfect!

Bryan Kirby

Printing these for my students this year. Another amazing 3D project!!
