Hello my beloved friends!

Here's another quick and easy to print project!

A cute desktop advent calendar which requires no hardware and is very simple to assemble.

Although it is made to take up little space (its dimensions are 165mm x 73mm with a height of 153mm), it can be scaled to any size since it does not require any hardware.

On the other hand, I do not recommend going smaller than the original format, because certain details could be problematic. In the end, nothing stops you from trying a smaller version, the parts are relatively quick to print.

As usual;

-No part requires supports.

-All parts are placed in the correct orientation for printing.

-Part names are color coded and quantities are listed. (if applicable)

-A complete Bambulab project file is included. (See note below)

-Complete instructions included as usual, with exploded views and descriptions.

-Like all the others countdown calendar, three versions are included: "Days until Christmas", "Days 'till Christmas" and the french version "Jours avant Noël".

The main tree, the wheel and Rudolph require color changes, but everything can be done on any 3d printer. If you are unfamiliar with color changes, send me a private message and I will guide you with pleasure!

For the bambuLab users: The 3mf file contains the color changes already. But they are not painted, they are by layer height. You need to slice the plates to see the colors in the preview. If you prefer to paint the numbers, the text and Rudolph instead of using color changes at height, feel free to do so! The prints will be longer but i know some people prefer that.

As i always do, I recommend reading the instructions a step or two in advance, in order to clearly see the procedure. Also do some dry fit checks (without glue) to see how the parts fit together.

Have fun my friends! Hope you like it!!!Pascal

Lori Barnard

I'm new to printing, can anyone help with the color changes please?

Frédéric Lallement

In the slicer , you have to set a color swap , or a simple pause .... What are your printer & slicer ?

Lori Barnard

I have a flashforge, and use the Flash slicer, I know how to pause at layer, I guess my question is how do I know what layer to pause it at.

Install Bambu studio and load the Bambu 3mf files. Slice it and look at the preview. On the right hand side it will show a bar with the colour changes. Just move the slider up with your mouse to where the colour change starts and it will show you what layer. I have a P1S but also print on my AnkerMake 5C and use the Bambu slicer as a reference for setting the pauses in AnkerMake Studio.

Jim

I just pause the print manually at the layer that it looks like the color change is at and manually change the filament to the new color

Just started printing these for my family last night, so so so cute!

Does the wheel spin to change the days or? I'm printing this now.

PA1 MAKER

Hi Randy! Yes, you spin the wheel manualy to the correct number. :)

Randy clayton

Thanks!! I figured it out once I read the instructions. I tend to skip ahead and ask questions first. You are really awesome at what you do!!

Randy clayton

Does the color changes have a pause? Or is it set to automatically change colors with an Ams or such? My 2 bambus with Ams is busy and needing to print the wheel on my K1 max for my final piece. .

Juan mb mb

Hi , great job , can put text on spain "Dias para navidad"

Randy clayton

I found out the hard way if it does pause on K1 max it doesn't pause for long because the whole piece printed in one color

Cláudio Varandas

top! can iit be in portuguese "Dias até ao Natal" ?? im afraid its not easy to change bc the text oversizes the tree shape... or if its possible to have a blank one

Brianna Patton

you have to place the pauses manually for any non-ams.

Hi, sorry to bother but I had a quick question if you had a moment. Are there separate parts that can be printed to color rudolphs nose, etc. or would I have to do a color change? I do have an Anycubic Kobra 3 with the ACE 4 color extruder, so I can print 3mfs, but I haven't found a way to change the object's color. I suppose I could paint it, but I do want it to be presentable and I've never painted anything prior lol. Anyways, any advice would be much appreciate! Thank you in advance!
