SOME GREAT AND IMPORTANT NEWS! (Please read to the end) (Patreon)

Hello friends!

A quick post today to announce some great news!!!

WE'RE GETTING RID OF DROPBOX!

Yep, you read that right!

From now on, the files will be placed DIRECTLY IN THE POST, in zip format!

This is something that is possible with the pro account for creators on Patreon, which i have, and I will obviously use it!!!

I've divided this post into two sections, free members and paid members, but I ask that you read both please.

WHAT'S NEW FOR PAID MEMBERS :

You'll be able to download directly here, on Patreon, without having to worry about Dropbox links, passwords, or the unfriendly listings of Dropbox.

So each post in the feed will have the files directly attached to it. You will find the zip file at the bottom of the post, simply click on it to download the files.

To find a very specific post, you will have the options to use the search bar or to look in the "Collections" which will contain all the available models. (It's the second tab at the very top of the page.)

Of course, posts containing project zip files will be open to paid members only, just like Dropbox was, but there's a small twist. (Read more below!

WHAT'S NEW FOR FREE MEMBERS:

I will also continue to create content posts accessible to free members, which will allow you to see what's happening on the paid Patreon. And what follows will explain why.

With a new feature from Patreon, Free members will now be able to purchase individual posts (therefore the models too) without joining as paid members.

So, without being a paid member, you'll be able to choose a post and unlock it for a certain amount of money, giving you access to this post model only. Much like you would do on Cults or MyMiniFactory. Since the zip file is included in the post, when you pay to unlock a single post, you'll have access to the zip file for downloading.

You will also find all the posts available to purchase under the "Shop" tab of my Patreon. For the moment the shop is almost empty but as I update the posts as mentioned above, the links will be added to the shop automatically.

Be careful, though: ONLY members with a monthly paid subscription have the commercial license. If you purchase a single post, it's for personal use only, just as it would be on Cults.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT: Not all posts will be available to free members for purchase. In fact, Several posts will be exclusive to members with a monthly subscription only, especially the projects that required a lot of work, for obvious reasons. Having a monthly membership will always be the best option.

So this is it! I'll be updating each single post on my Patreon in the coming days. It'll require some work, but it should still go smoothly. The collections will also be updated.

But ultimately, this is to make things easier for you and make finding your models easier.

So don't be surprised if in the coming days you see some posts with the zip file directly in the post and others taking you to Dropbox instead. There will be a few days where the two will overlap, but soon everything will be directly inside the posts.

That being said, I'll let you get back to your printers! I'll be back very soon with a new Halloween model!
