Hello my friends! Sorry for being away the last few days! 😜

Here'a nice and well detailed gothic chapel, which can be use as a candy jar or a nice halloween LED decoration!

And yes, the birdhouse model is coming really soon, as i'm making a few adjustments to adapt the files for the birdies!! 😁

That being said, this model is like many of my other models, easy to print and optimize for a nice, simple assembly.

BUT! For the ones who love to challenge themselves, there is a small torture file, the cross base, that can be printed two ways: Normal, and torture test. More details below.

PROJECT DETAILS:

-Easy to print, 100% support free-No painting: Model is multipart!-All parts already placed in the right orientation-Scalable. For PRUSA MINI users, scale the model down by 0.84 (or 84%). Can be scale up any size.-No screws needed.-Included assembly instructions with detailed exploded views.

NOTES:

For faster print, use a thick layer height.I recommend 0.28mm or 0.3mm depending on your slicer/machine. its a nice height for fast prints with a 0.4 nozzle.

TORTURE TEST FILE INCLUDED (see picture on printer in the photos above):

The base of the cross can be a torture test for your printer if you want. It can be printed in normal position, or in torture test position. Both files are identified as so.

The torture test position will launch a print with a very minimal contact surface with the bed and a tough, unbalanced overhang on each side. Perfect bed adhesion and leveling are required to print this part in this orientation. But its possible, i've tried it myself and everything went fine!

IF YOU WANNA USE THE CANDY JAR AS A LED LAMP:

I have enclosed a file called "led supports". They are simple plate with holes for cable ties. They can be glue anywhere inside the chapel. Use them to hold in place you 8mm wide LED strips. Battery operated Led strips are the best for this application.

If you have any questions, just ask my friends!!!

Coming back tomorrow with another model! Need some well deserved bed time!!!!

Keep printing and have fun!!!

Not much of a torture test for my Prusa. Printed it first time.
